المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى بيان أسباب تعلق اللعن بأصناف معينة لاستعمالها زينة محرمة شرعا؛ وهي النمص، والتفلج، والوشر، التي هي من كبائر الذنوب المنتشرة، ويتساهل فيه النساء أكثر من غيرهن، ويتطرق لمسائل معاصرة متفرعة عنها: كالتشقير والتاتو، ونحوهما، مستخدما المنهج التحليلي والاستنباطي. وإجمالا يتناول البحث بالشرح أسباب لعن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم الواشمة التي تجرح جلدها بإبرة؛ لتضع محلها كحلا أو صبغا ليظل الشكل الذي تريده ثابتا، وماذا يصنع من تورط فيه، والواصلة التي تصل شعرها بشعر غيرها، والنامصة التي تأخذ من حاجبيها أو شعر وجهها، ونبين الخلاف في المسألة، والمتفلجات اللاتي يأخذن من أسنانهن ما يجعل بينها مسافات ابتغاء التجميل، وذلك من خلال حديث ابن مسعود في البخاري وشرحه شرحا تحليليا، متناولا مسائله الإسنادية والمتنية، ومستخرجا أحكامه الفقهية، مع مناقشات وتعليقات واقعية. ومن أهم ما توصل إليه البحث أن العبرة بالمسمى والحقيقة لا بالأسماء والظواهر، وأنه مهما كان الاسم للشيء فإذا كان محرما فهو محرم، ولا بأس بتشقير الحواجب ما أمن التدليس، وأن العلة في لعن المذكورات إما إرادتهن تغيير خلق الله أو كون ذلك من شعار الفواجر.

The research aims to clear the reasons why cursing is associated with adornment that is forbidden by Sharia. The adornment practices include shaving eyebrows, expanding between teeth and tattoos. The research deals with contemporary issues such as bleaching, skin peeling and tattooing, and other similar issues. These matters are among the major sins that are widespread, and women take them lightly. The study employed the analytical and deductive method. In general, the research explains the reasons why the Prophet- peace and blessings be upon him, cursed those who make tattoos by cutting their skin with a needle and inject them with eyeliner or coloring in order to get a permanent drawing or symbol. In addition to women add extensions of false hair to their. Add to this, women who remove some of their eyebrows or their facial hair. In the research, we will clarify the difference in these issues. Then we will mention the rulings for each one of them by explaining the hadith of Ibn Masoud in an analytical explanation, by addressing its issues in the way of the hadith and the text of the hadith, with comments and discussions. One of the most important findings of the research is that the rulings are based on the reality of the thing and not on its abstract name, and that whatever the name of the thing is, if it is forbidden, then it is forbidden, and there is nothing wrong with dyeing the eyebrows if the intention is not changing the shape of the eyebrows. The reason for cursing the mentioned women is either that they change Allah creation, or that this act is one of the signs of deviant people.
