المستخلص: -يعد قطاع الخدمات أحد أهم مصادر الدخل القومي، حيث تسهم بــ 60% من جملة الناتج القومي. -تتعرض الدراسة إلى الأهمية النسبية للصادرات الخدمية المصرية ونسبة إسهامها في الدخل القومي. -ثم التعريف بدول الكومسا وهي 21 دولة منها مصر وهي تجمع شرق وجنوب القارة الأفريقية. -ثم تتعرض الدراسة إلى تطور الصادرات الخدمية المصرية إلى تجمع الكومسا كل دولة على حدة وتوضح الدولة التي تدخلها الصادرات بكميات كبيرة على والدول التي فيها قصور وذلك خلال فترة الدراسة (2015-2019). -ثم تتعرض الدراسة إلى توزيع الصادرات الخدمية المصرية لدول الكومسا في اتجاهين الأول طبقا الأول طبقا لوجهة البلد، والتوزيع الثاني طبقا للقطاع التصديرية. -ثم تتعرض الدراسة لتركيب الصادرات المصرية الخدمية إلى دول الكومسا وذلك طبقا للقطاعات المحررة من منظمة التجارة العالمية، والقطاعات التي تصدرها مصر فعلا إلى مجموعة الكومسا. -ثم تتعرض الدراسة إلى المشكلات التي توجه الصادرات الخدمية المصرية إلى الدول الأفريقية عامة ومجموعة الكومسا خاصة، من ضعف نقل وشحن، وتشابه في هيكل الصادرات، وعدم القدرة على النفاذ للأسواق. -وأخيرا تعرض الدراسة لمستقبل الصادرات المصرية الخدمية وسبل زيادتها واهتمام القيادة السياسية بها ثم النتائج والتوصيات والمراجع.

Egyptian service exports are among the pillars of the Egyptian economy, as they contribute to the total national product by more than 60%. - At the beginning of the study, the study deals with the relative importance of Egyptian service exports and the percentage of their contribution to the national income. - Then introducing the COMESA countries, which are 21 countries, including Egypt, which gathers the east and south of the African continent. - Then the study deals with the development of Egyptian service exports to the COMSA grouping each country separately, and clarifies the country in which exports enter in large quantities and the countries with shortcomings and malfunctions during the study period (2015-2019). - Then the study deals with the distribution of Egyptian service exports to COMESA countries in two directions, the first according to the first according to the country's destination, and the second distribution according to the export sector. - Then the study deals with the composition of Egyptian service exports to the COMESA countries, according to the sectors liberated from the World Trade Organization, and the sectors that Egypt actually exports to the COMESA group. - Then the study deals with the problems that direct Egyptian service exports to African countries in general and the COMESA group in particular, such as poor transportation and shipping, similarity in the structure of exports, and the inability to access markets. Finally, the study presents the future of Egyptian service exports, ways to increase them, and the political leadership's interest in them, then results, recommendations and references.
