المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الاستراتيجيات اللوجستية في تحسين كفاءة الأداء التشغيلي وتكونت عينة البحث من (385) من مديري شركات الصناعات الغذائية بالقاهرة الكبرى ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مع الاستعانة بالبرنامج الإحصائي (spss)، وبعد إجراء الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة، توصل البحث إلى استنتاجات أهمها وجود علاقة بين المتغير المستقلة (الاستراتيجيات اللوجستية) والمتغير التابع (كفاءة الأداء التشغيلي)، وبناء على نتائج البحث أوصى الباحث بضرورة الاهتمام من قبل الإدارة العليا بالخدمات اللوجستية واعتبارها قسم إداري بحد ذاتها لجعلها تقوم بواجباتها بالكفاءة والجودة المطلوبة من أجل تعزيز كفاءة الأداء التشغيلي في هذه الشركات، وضرورة عقد مزيد من الدورات لموظفي الشركات لزيادة الوعي والإدراك بأهمية إدارة العمليات اللوجستية وأثرها على كفاءة الأداء التشغيلي.

The study aimed at identifying the impact of logistic Strategies on improving the efficiency of operational performance of the companies operating in the field of Food industry. This study was conducted on a sample of employees of the senior management within the companies working in the field of Food industry, where a random sample was selected (385). The study concluded that the efficiency of the transport activities inside the company contribute significantly to improving its competitive position. In addition, the availability of flexible operating systems and programs within companies operating in the Food industry contributes significantly to the development of the processes within these companies. The study recommended the need for an independent unit specialized in the management of all logistic and logistics activities within companies operating in the Food industry This department has great importance in supporting the competitive advantage and achieving the satisfaction of the various parties involved in the company and improving the efficiency of operational performance of the companies. It also recommended the need to provide the necessary support for the implementation of infrastructure programs for logistics and logistics activities within the Egyptian companies working in the field of Food industry and to focus on continuous development processes.
