|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تحقيق ممارسات التقويم التربوي في المدارس الحكومية بمحافظات غزة في ظل جائحة كورونا لمعايير الشبكة المشتركة للتعليم في حالات الطوارئ INEE، كما سعت إلى التعرف على دلالة الفروق في تقديرات المشرفين التربويين لمستوى تحقيق ممارسات التقويم التربوي لمعايير INEEتبعاً لاختلاف نطاق الإشراف التربوي (مشرف مرحلة، مشرف مبحث) ، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينتها من (70) مشرفاً تربويا من مجتمع الدراسة، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة باستبيان يتكون من (30) فقرة، يتضمن قائمة بالمؤشرات الخاصة بالتقويم التربوي كما حددتها الشبكة المشتركة للتعليم في حالات الطوارئ INEE. وخلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن ممارسات التقويم التربوي تنسجم بدرجة متوسطة مع معايير INEE، حيث حصلت المؤشرات الخاصة بمعيار فاعلية إجراءات التقويم وأدواته والمؤشرات الخاصة بمعيار مراعاة الشمولية والارتباط بالسياق على أوزان نسبية تقترب من (65%) بينما حصلت قابلية الإجراءات للتطبيق وأخلاقيات التقويم على أوزان متدنية إلى حد ما. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة مراعاة الممارسات التقويمية لمعايير التعليم والتقويم في أوقات الطوارئ.
|b The study aimed to identify the extent to which assessment practices in Corona pandemic, achieve the standards of Inter-agency Network for Education in Emergency INEE in the government schools in Gaza. It also sought to identify the differences in the responses of educational supervisors about the level of assessment practices achievement of INEE standards due to the scope of educational supervision. The study used the descriptive approach, and its sample consisted of (70) educational supervisors from the study community. The study tool was a questionnaire consisting of (30) items, which includes a list of assessment practices indicators as defined by INEE. The results of the study concluded that assessment practices are moderately consistent with INEE standards, where the indicators for the standard of effectiveness of assessment practices and tools and the indicators for the standard of taking into account the comprehensiveness and contextual connection got relative weights approaching (65%), The results of the study concluded that assessment practices are consistent with a medium value with INEE standards. Indicators of the effectiveness of assessment practices and tools, and indicators of taking into account comprehensiveness and relevance to the context, got relative weights close to (65%). Indicators of applicability of the procedures, and indicators of evaluation ethics, got somewhat low weights. The study recommended the necessity of taking into account the standards of education and evaluation in emergency situations in the evaluation practices.
