انبرى كثير من علماء الإسلام في شتى الأقطار لدراسة كتاب الله العزيز فقاموا على تفسيره، واستخرجوا درره، وأبانوا ما ظهر لهم منه، واهتموا بما يتعلق بتفسيره من قواعد تصون الفهم عن الزلل في كتاب الله، وترد تفاسير أصحاب الأهواء، ومن أهم القواعد التي اعتمد عليها المفسرون قبولًا أو ردًا للأقوال في التفسير: قاعدة الحمل على الظاهر. ولما كان تفسير الإمام ابن عطية من التفاسير التي تعنى بهذه القاعدة تطبيقًا واستدلالًا، آثرت أن يكون موضوع بحثي (الحمل على الظاهر عند الإمام ابن عطية في تفسيره المحرر الوجيز في تفسير الكتاب العزيز -دراسة نظرية تطبيقية) ليكون ذلك العمل مني إسهامًا في خدمة كتاب الله جل وعلا. وتهدف الدراسة: إلى بيان مفهوم قاعدة الحمل على الظاهر، والوقوف على منهج ابن عطية في الحمل على الظاهر ومسوغات الخروج عنه، وتكون هذا البحث من تمهيد، مقدمة، ومبحثين: المبحث الأول يتضمن: منهج الإمام ابن عطية في الحمل على الظاهر، والمبحث الثاني: منهج الإمام ابن عطية في الحمل على خلاف الظاهر، وخاتمة: فيها أهم ما توصل إليه البحث من نتائج وتوصيات، وأهم المصادر والمراجع، وفهرس الموضوعات، وخلص البحث إلى نتائج، من أهمها: دلالة قاعدة الظاهر أثر كبير في تقوية الأقوال الصحيحة، وتضعيف الأقوال المخالفة بين أقوال المفسرين، وأن عمل ابن عطية بقاعدة الحمل على الظاهر ففسر بمقتضاها، ورجح بها أقوالًا، ورد بها أقوالًا أخرى، وأوصي بدراسة قواعد التفسير كل قاعدة على حده في ضوء ما كتبه المفسرون دراسة تطبيقية.
Many scholars of Islam in various countries went on to study God's dear book and to interpret it. They extracted its generosity. They showed what appeared to them. They were interested in its interpretation of rules that safeguarded understanding of the slippery in God's book. Since Imam Ibn Atiyah's interpretation of this rule was applied and evidenced, I chose that it should be the subject of my research (the pregnancy on the apparent at Imam Ibn Atiyah in his brief edited interpretation of the Dear Book – the study of applied theory -) as a contribution to the service of God's Book. The study aims to demonstrate the concept of the rule of pregnancy on the apparent, and to see the approach of Ibn Atiyah in the pregnancy on the apparent and the grounds for its departure. This research is from the prelude, introduction, and researchers: The first research includes: Imam Ibn Attiya's approach to pregnancy on the apparent, and the second research: Imam Ibn Attiya's approach to pregnancy contrary to the apparent, concluding: It has the most important findings and recommendations, the most important sources and references, the cataloguing of topics, and the research has concluded the results, the most important of which are: The significance of the apparent rule has a significant impact on the strengthening of correct statements, weakens the contrary statements among interpreters, and that Ibn Atiyah's work on the prima facie rule of pregnancy is interpreted, weighted by words, replied by other statements, and recommended that the rules of interpretation be examined separately in the light of what the interpreters wrote an applied study.
