|a عانت المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية عبر تاريخها الطويل الذي تجاوز المائة سنة إلى الكثير من موجات اللجوء إلى أرضية، وتعد الأراضي الأردنية هدف رئيسي للاجئين، ويعود السبب الرئيسي إلى توفر الأمن والأمان على أرضه، علاوة على طيبة شعبه المضياف. سنحاول في هذا البحث التعرف على اللجوء واللاجئين في السياسة الأردنية من خلال خطب العرش السامية في المدة 1999-2020، وسنتتبع خطب العرش السامية للملك عبد الله الثاني ونرصد كل ما يتعلق باللجوء واللاجئين، ونحاول التعرف على السياسة الأردنية التي رسمت من خلال خطابات العرش السامية لموضوع اللجوء واللاجئين خلال عهد الملك عبد الله الثاني ابن الحسين. تعتبر خطب العرش السامية مصدراً مهماً ومرجعاً أساسياً، لرسم السياسة الأردنية الداخلية والخارجية على ضوء هذه الخطابات، فخطابات العرش السامية مهمة جدا وتعد الهادي والمرشد لسياسة الحكومات المتعاقبة على حكم المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، فمن هذا المنطلق تم اختيار الخطابات السامية لتكون المصدر الرئيسي والأساسي لهذا البحث. ستعتمد الدراسة بشكل رئيسي على خطابات العرش، ونستخدم المنهج التاريخي التحليلي في توضيح السياسة الأردنية تجاه اللجوء واللاجئين.
|b The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan has suffered throughout its long history, which exceeds one hundred years, of many waves of asylum in the land, and the Jordanian lands are a main target for refugees, and the main reason is due to the availability of security and safety on its land, in addition to the kindness of its hospitable people. In this research, we will try to identify asylum and refugees in Jordanian politics through the lofty speeches of the throne in the period 1999-2020, and we will follow the lofty speeches of the throne of King Abdullah II and monitor everything related to asylum and refugees, and we will try to identify the Jordanian policy that was drawn through the lofty speeches of the throne on the issue of asylum and refugees during the reign of King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein. The lofty speeches of the throne are an important source and a basic reference for drawing up the Jordanian internal and external policy in the light of these speeches. The study will rely mainly on the letters of the throne, and will use the historical-analytical method in clarifying the Jordanian policy towards asylum and refugees.
