المستخلص: إن (الاقتباس) في البحث العلمي يحقق التفاعل بين مختلف الأفكار لتوليد أفكار جديدة، كما يعبر عن التواصل العلمي والمعرفي بين الأجيال، وهو يسهم في امتداد الإنجازات المعرفية عبر الأجيال واستمرارها وتطورها، وبفضله تخلد المعارف المختلفة في مسيرة الإنسانية، وكأن الأجيال الغابرة من المفكرين والعلماء، شاهدون في كل قرن، ويأتي هذا البحث لمناقشة قضايا مختلفة في هذا الموضوع بدء من المفاهيم الأساسية له، ثم ما يجب أن يكون علية المقتبس من الصفات والشروط، ثم بيان الأخطاء المنهجية الواقعة في البحث بصفة عامة. لذا هدف البحث إلى تقييم مهارات التوثيق والاقتباس العلمي وكشف الانتحال في ضوء المستجدات التكنولوجية من وجهة نظر طلبة الدراسات العليا بجامعات (أسيوط– سوهاج- جنوب الوادي)، والتعرف على مستوى توافر مهارات التوثيق والاقتباس العلمي لدى طلبة الدراسات العليا في ضوء المستجدات التكنولوجية بجامعات (أسيوط– سوهاج– جنوب الوادي) من وجهة نظرهم، واتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد قام ببناء استبانة وتطبيقها لتقييم مهارات التوثيق والاقتباس العلمي على عينة متاحة بلغت (106) باحثا من طلبة الدراسات العليا بالجامعات المذكورة آنفا. وأظهرت نتائج البحث ما يلي: - من صفات الباحث التربوي؛ الصدق، والموضوعية، والدقة، والأمانة التي تزيد من دافعية الباحثين إلى الرقي بمهاراتهم البحثية، ومهارات التوثيق، والاقتباس العلمي لا سيما استخدام أدوات المستجدات التكنولوجية كضرورة ملحة في عصر الثورة الرقمية. - إن الضعف لدى طلبة الدراسات العليا في التعامل مع المستجدات التكنولوجية في اكتساب مهارات البحث العلمي، وجمع المصادر، وتوثيقها، وتخليصها إلكترونيا، والاقتباس منها؛ ناتج عن عدم الاهتمام بذلك في برامج الدراسات العليا المختلفة، للتدريب والتمرس لإنجاز البحث العلمي، وامتلاك مهارات التوثيق والاقتباس العلمي؛ مما يسهم في تقديم بحوث علمية مبتكرة ومتميزة.

The (Quotation) in scientific research achieves the interaction between various ideas to generate new ideas, and expresses the scientific and knowledge communication between generations, and it contributes to the extension, continuity and development of knowledge achievements across generations, and thanks to it, different knowledge is immortalized in the march of humanity, as if the past generations of thinkers and scientists are witnesses. In every century, this research comes to discuss different issues in this topic, starting with its basic concepts, then what should be the attic quoted from the attributes and conditions, and then clarifying the methodological errors that occur in the research. The aim of the research is to assess the skills of scientific documentation and citation and detect plagiarism in the light of technological developments from the point of view of graduate students at the University of (Assiut- Sohag – South valley), and to identify the level of availability of documentation and citation skills at the Institute of Graduate Studies in Technological Updates in (Assiut- Sohag- South valley) Their point of view, and the researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach, and he built a questionnaire to assess the skills of documentation and scientific citation on a sample of (106) researchers from postgraduate students in the aforementioned universities. The results of the research showed the following: - Among the characteristics of the educational researcher are honesty, objectivity, accuracy, honesty, and work in accordance with science... which - increases the motivation of researchers to advance their research skills, documentation skills, and scientific citation, especially the use of technological innovations tools as an urgent necessity in the era of the digital revolution. - The weakness of graduate students and faculty members in dealing with technological developments in acquiring scientific research skills, collecting sources, documenting them, extracting them electronically, and quoting from them; As a result of the lack of interest in this in the various postgraduate programs for training and practice to carry out scientific research, and possession of documentation and scientific citation skills; Which contributes to providing innovative and distinguished scientific research.
