المستخلص: تناولت الدراسة توافر الكفايات الإلكترونية للتعلم المتنقل لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية في الجامعات السودانية من وجهة نظرهم، تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في السؤال التالي: ما درجة توافر الكفايات الإلكترونية للتعلم المتنقل في الجامعات السودانية، وتكمن أهمية الدراسة بأنها تساعد في معرفة ما يحتاجه عضو هيئة التدريس من تدريب ليتمكن من امتلاك الكفايات الإلكترونية للتعلم المتنقل والتي يمكن استخدامها في تطوير مهارات أعضاء هينة التدريس وزيادة كفاءاتهم التدريسية، هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة توافر الكفايات الإلكترونية للتعلم المتنقل لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات السودانية. وأتبع المنهج الوصفي، وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في أعضاء هينة التدريس بالجامعات السودانية وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (130) عضو، ولجمع البيانات ميدانيا تم تصميم استبانة شملت (18) سؤال، وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة الكفايات الإلكترونية التي تتعلق بثقافة التعلم المتنقل لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية بدرجة عالية، وكذلك توافر الكفايات الإلكترونية التي تتعلق باستخدام أجهزة التعلم المتنقل لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية جاءت بدرجة ومن أهم التوصيات دعم وتنمية الكفايات الإلكترونية للتعلم المتنقل لأعضاء هيئة التدريس، وتنظيم الدورات التدريبية لمواكبة التطور التكنولوجي.

The study dealt with the availability of electronic competencies for mobile learning among education faculty members in Sudanese universities. The problem of the study resembled in the following question what is the degree of availability of electronic competencies for mobile learning among the teaching staff in faculties of education in Sudanese universities from, and the importance of the study lies in the fact that it helps in knowing what a faculty member needs in terms of training in order to be able to possess the electronic competencies for mobile learning that can be used to develop the skills of faculty members and increase their teaching competencies, the study aimed to identify the degree of availability of electronic competencies for mobile learning among faculty members of Sudanese universities from their point of view, and the researchers relied on the descriptive approach. The population of the study was represented by faculty members in Sudanese universities, and the study sample consisted of (130) members, whereas a questionnaire was designed in order to collect the data that included (18) questions. The results reached by the researchers showed that the degree of practice of electronic competencies related to the culture of mobile learning among faculty members in the faculties of education to a high degree, as well as the availability of electronic competencies related to the use of mobile learning devices among faculty members in the faculties of education came to a high degree. In this paper the researchers reached through previous studies to suggest a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: supporting and developing electronic competencies for mobile learning for faculty members, and organizing training courses to keep pace with technological development.
