المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف درجة تطبيق وظائف القيادة الرقمية في مكتب التعليم بمحافظة خميس مشيط من وجهة نظر المشرفات التربويات، وإلى تعرف معوقات تطبيق القيادة الرقمية في مكتب التعليم بالمحافظة من وجهة نظر المشرفات. وتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، والاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات، تم تطبيقها على عينة من المشرفات التربويات بمكتب التعليم بمحافظة خميس مشيط ولبالغ عددهن (110) مشرفة تربوية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن درجة تطبيق وظائف القيادة الرقمية في التخطيط والتنظيم جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وفي التنفيذ والتوجيه والمتابعة والتقويم جاءت بدرجة كبيرة، أما المعوقات الإدارية والبشرية وتقنية لتطبيق القيادة الرقمية جاءت بدرجة كبيرة، والمعوقات المادية جاءت بدرجة كبيرة جدًا. وفي ضوء النتائج تم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات أهمها: توفير الأدوات وتقنيات الرقمية في مكتب التعليم مما يسهل تطبيق وظائف القيادة الرقمية، واستقطاب الكفاءات البشرية المتخصصة من استشاريين وخبراء لتصميم وتطوير البرامج الحاسوبية، وتفعيل الشراكة مع مؤسسات المجتمع المحلي للحصول على الدعم المالي والتقني المناسب توفير المستلزمات التقنية الحديثة.

The study aims to identify the degree and obstacles of the application of digital leadership in the Education Office in Khamis Mushait from the point of view of the educational supervisors. The researcher used the descriptive survey method, and the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, which was applied to a sample of (110) educational supervisors in the Education Office in Khamis Mushait Governorate. The study reaches the most important results, namely: the degree of application of digital leadership in planning and organization came to a medium degree, and in implementation, guidance, follow-up and evaluation came to a large degree, while the administrative, human and technical obstacles to applying digital leadership came to a large degree, and the material obstacles came to a very large degree. As a result, a set of recommendations and proposals were presented, the most important of which are Providing digital tools and technologies in the Education Office, which facilitates the implementation of digital leadership functions, attracting specialized human competencies from consultants and experts to design and develop computer programs, activating partnership with local community institutions to obtain appropriate financial and technical support to provide modern technical requirements, and conducting a study that deals with a proposed vision for the application of Digital leadership in an education office in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in light of contemporary global trends.
