المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى بناء وقياس مستوى الانتماء الوطني، ومستوى إرادة العطاء لدى طلبة الجامعة والتعرف على الفروق الإحصائية في مستوى المتغيرين وفقا للجنس والاختصاص والمرحلة الدراسية مع إيجاد العلاقة بين الانتماء الوطني وإرادة العطاء. تكونت العينة من (420) طالبا وطالبة اختيروا بطريقة العشوائية متعددة المراحل، وقام الباحث ببناء مقياس الانتماء الوطني مؤلف من (35) فقرة، واستعان بمقياس إرادة العطاء (السبعاوي، 2001) مؤلف من (28) فقرة. لقد تحقق الصدق الظاهري للمقياسين، واستخرج الثبات بطريقة إعادة الاختبار إذا بلغ (0.80) لمقياس الانتماء الوطني و(0.89) لمقياس إرادة العطاء، بينما كان الثبات بطريقة (ألفا كرونباخ) يساوي (0.89) للانتماء الوطني و(0.91) للإرادة العطاء وباستخدام الوسائل الإحصائية (الاختبار التائي لعينة الواحدة ولعينتين مستقلتين ومربع كاي ومعاملراتباط بيرسون وألفاكرونباخ واختبار (سميرنوف) أظهرت النتائج عدم تمتع طلبة الجامعة بالانتماء الوطني مع تمتعهم بمستوى من إرادة العطاء مع وجود فروق في مستوى المتغيرين وفقا للجنس وعدم وجود فروق وفقا للاختصاص والصف الدراسي، مع وجود علاقة موجبة ذات دلالة بين الانتماء الوطني وإرادة العطاء.

The current research aims to build and measure the level of national affiliation, and the level of willingness to give among university students. Furthermore, to examine the statistical differences in the level of national affiliation and willingness to give according to gender, specialization, and academic stages. Finally, finding the relationship between national affiliation and the willingness to give. The sample consisted of (240) male and female students who were chosen by the multistage randomization method. The researcher built a scale of national affiliation (35) items and adopted the questionnaire of (Al- SABAWY, 2001) of willingness to give with 28 items. The face validity of the two scales was achieved, and the reliability was obtained by the test re-test, as it reached (0.80) for the national affiliation and (0.89) for willingness to give, but the reliability through Cronbach's alpha was equal to (0.89) for the national affiliation and (0.91) for willingness to give. Analysis techniques were a One- sample t-test and two independent samples, chisquare, Pearson correlation coefficient, Cronbach's Alpha, and Smirnov test. The results showed that the university students show no statistically significant on the level of national affiliation and a high level of willingness to give, with differences in the level of the two variables depending on gender. In contrast, there is no difference according to specialization and academic stages. Finally, the result showed a positive and significant relationship between national affiliation and the willingness to give.
