المستخلص: تكون هذا البحث من: مقدمة، وثمانية عشر بابا وهي: التحذير من المفسرين بالرأي المذموم. التحذير من الأقوال الشاذة. جواز التفسير بالرأي المحمود. التحذير من المصطلحات، والمناهج الدخيلة، تفسير القرآن بالقرآن. التفسير بالسياق. التفسير الموضوعي لآيات الأحكام. دليل أن العبرة بعموم اللفظ لا بخصوص السبب. مراعاة ترتيب ألفاظ القرآن عند استنباط المعاني والأحكام. مشروعية البحث عن المناسبات بين الآيات. تقسيم المفسر السورة إلى مقاطع موضوعية والربط بينها، مشروعية بحث المفسر عن المناسبات الخاصة بين السور المتجاورة. مشروعية البحث عن التناسب العام بين سورة مفردة، وبين باقي سور القرآن الكريم. استنباط وجه اعتبار أقوال الصحابة مصدرا في التفسير. دليل أن أقوال الصحابة فيما لا مجال للرأي فيه له حكم المرفوع. التحذير من الاعتماد على ترجمات أهل الكتاب للتوراة والإنجيل. من منهج النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في تفسير القصص القرآني. جواز إقامة المفسر الحجة على اليهود، والنصارى بما يعتقدون صحته من كتبهم. المنهج: المنهج التكاملي، (التتبع والجمع، التخريج والانتقاء، التحليل والاستنباط). النتائج: إذا كان الله- سبحانه وتعالى- جعل من وظائف النبوة بيان القرآن الكريم فقال سبحانه: {وَأَنْزَلْنَا إِلَيْكَ الذِّكْرَ لِتُبَيِّنَ لِلنَّاسِ مَا نُزِّلَ إِلَيْهِمْ وَلَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ (44)} [النحل: ٤٤]؛ فلا شك أننا سنجد في ميراث النبوة أصولا لهذا البيان، يبني عليها المفسرون بيانهم، واستنباطهم من القرآن الكريم في مختلف العصور، وقد تأسس هذا البحث للكشف عن هذه الحقيقة. التوصيات: الاهتمام بالتأصيل لمسائل علم أصول التفسير، من السنة المطهرة وجعلها المنطلق الذي ينطلق منه الدارسون لهذا العلم، وتخصيص رسائل جامعية؛ لاستنباط المزيد من مسائل ودقائق علم أصول التفسير من السنة المطهرة.

This research is made up of: introduction, eighteen juan: warning of the interpreters of the reprehensible opinion. Warning of anomalous statements. It is permissible to interpret with a laudable opinion. Warning of extraneous terms and approaches, the interpretation of the Qur'an by the Qur'an. Interpretation by context. Objective interpretation of the verses of the provisions. Proof that the lesson is generally not about the reason. Take into account the order of the words of the Qur'an when deriving meanings and judgments. The legitimacy of searching for events between verses. Dividing the interpreter into objective passages and linking them, the legitimacy of the interpreter's search for special occasions between the adjacent wall. The legitimacy of the search for the general proportionality between a single surah, and the rest of the Qur'an wall. To devise the point of view of the statements of the Sahaba as a source of interpretation. Proof that the statements of the Sahaba in what there is no room for opinion have the ruling of the raised. Warning against relying on translations of the Torah and the Gospel by the people of the Book. From the Prophet's approach to interpreting Qur'anic stories. The interpreter may make the argument to the Jews and Christians with what they believe is true from their books. Curriculum: Integrative approach (tracking and collection, graduation and selection, analysis and inference). Results: If God, Almighty, made the functions of prophecy the statement of the Holy Quran, the Almighty said: "And we have brought down to you the male to show people what has come down to them and perhaps they will think (44)} [Bees: 44], there is no doubt that in the inheritance of prophecy we will find the origins of this statement, on which the interpreters build their statement, and draw them from the Qur'an in various ages, and this research was founded to reveal this fact. Recommendations: Attention to rooting issues of the science of the origins of interpretation, from the year of purification and making them the starting point for scholars of this science, and allocating university messages; to devise more issues and minutes of the science of the origins of interpretation from the disinfectant year.
