هدف هذا البحث التعرف إلى مساهمة معلمي التعليم الثانوي في إكساب الطلاب القيم الاجتماعية والأخلاقية، والتعرف إلى الفروق في استجابة أفراد عين البحث وفقا لمتغيرات الدراسة (الجنس، المديرية)، وتكون مجتمع البحث من جميع طلبة التعليم الثانوي من محافظة عدن في أربع مديريات (الشيخ عثمان، المنصورة، صيرة، المعلا) للتربية والتعليم والبالغ عددهم (٤٤٧٦) طالبا وطالبة من القسمين العلمي والأدبي، أما عينة البحث فتألفت من (٨٠) طالبا وطالب في المداس الثانوية (٤٠) ذكورا (٤٠) إناثا أي بنسب (50.0%)، تم اختيارهم بطريقة العينة العشوائية الطبقية، والبالغ عددهم (٤٤٧٦) طالبا وطالبة من الصف الثالث ثانوي موزعين على قسمين: القسم العلمي يضم (١٦٧٥) طالبا، و(١٠٥٩) طالبة، والقسم الأدبي يضم (835) طالبا و(٩٠٧) طالبات. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث اعتمدت الباحث في دراستها على المنهج الوصفي المسحي، كما صممت الاستبيان لبحثها الميداني الذي تكون من (٢٩) فقرة موزعة على مجالين، وهي مجال القيم الاجتماعية، ومجال القيم الأخلاقية. وتم التحقق من صدقه باستخدام صدق المحكمين، وتم التأكد من ثباته عن طريق معامل ألفا كرونباخ، كما استخدمت الوسائل الإحصائية المناسبة لمعالجة البيانات، واستخلاص النتائج باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS). أظهرت نتائج البحث الآتي: ١- يسهم المعلمون في إكساب الطلاب القيم الاجتماعية بدرجة كبيرة بمتوسط حسابي (3.77) وانحراف معياري (0.645) من وجهن نظر أفراد عينة البحث. 2- يسهم المعلمون في إكساب الطلبة القيم الأخلاقية بدرجة كبيرة بمتوسط حسابي (3.64) وانحراف معياري (0.704) من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة البحث. 3- أظهرت النتائج فروقا ذات دلالة إحصائية على مستوى (0.05) في مدى ممارسة المعلمين للقيم الاجتماعية والأخلاقية لدى طلبة التعليم الثانوي تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الطالبات. ٤- إن هناك فروقا ذات دلالة إحصائية على مستوى (0.05) في مدى ممارسة المعلمين للقيم الاجتماعية والأخلاقية لدى طلبة التعليم الثانوي تعزى لمتغير المديرية لصالح ثلاث مديريات (المنصورة- المعلا- صيرة). ١- التوصيات: • على المعلمين والمعلمات العمل على زيادة ترسيخ وتنمية القيم الأخلاقية والاجتماعية للطلبة التي جاء دورهم في ترسيخها بدرجة متوسطة. • المشاركة العملية للطلاب في فعاليات وأنشطة المدرسة، والمناسبات الاحتفالية وإقامة المخيمات الصيفية الهادفة صقل شخصيتهم وغرس القيم الاجتماعية والأخلاقية. • تعزيز قيم المحبة والتراحم واحترام الآخرين والحلم بين الطلاب ومحاربة التكبر والكذب وحب الذات والكراهية. • ضرورة معرف المعلمين الأساليب التربوية لحث الطلب وتشجيعهم على ممارسة القيم المختلف.
The extent to which teachers contribute to instilling in students with social and ethical values. The purpose of this this research is to learn about the contribution of secondary school teachers in instilling in students social and ethical values find out the differences in the response of the research sample according to the study variations (gender and district). The research society is composed of all the (8030) male and female secondary school students in Aden Governorate in the education districts in the scientific and the literary sections. The research sample composed of (80) male and female students in the secondary schools (40) males (40) females, that is (50%). They were chosen randomly at the rate of (10%). They represented the study sample in four districts (Sheikh Othman, Almansoorarh, Seerah, Maalla). The total number of students in the third secondary school class in these districts was (4476) They were distributed into two sections the scientific section which contained (1675) male students and (1059) female students. The literary section contained (835) male students and (907) female students. To achieve the objectives of the research the researcher depended on the survey descriptive approach. She also designed the questionnaire for her field research. It was made up of (29) paragraphs and distributed into two fields: the social value and the ethical value. Its credibility was verified through Alpha Cranbach coefficient. She also used suitable statistics for processing the data and coming out with the results by using (SPSS). The results of the field research which was conducted on the secondary students in Aden Governorate led to the following: 1- The role of teachers in instilling in the students social values scored first rank with (3.77) and standard deviation (0.645) from point of view of the research sample individuals. 2- The role of teachers in instilling in the students social values scored second rank with (3.64) and standard deviation of (0.704) from point of view of the research sample individuals. 3- The results showed a statistically significant difference (0.05) regarding the practice of developing social and ethical values as viewed by the secondary students ascribed to variation of gender in favour of female students. 4- There is a statistically significant difference of (0.05) regarding the practice of developing social and ethical values as viewed by the secondary students ascribed to variation of the district ascribed to three districts (Almansoorah –Maalla –Seerah). Recommendations: * Male and female teachers should further increase and develop the ethical and social values of the students in which their role was moderate. * Students should participate in school actions and activities and functions, and hold summer camps which aim at enabling their personalities and instilling in them social and ethical values. * Strengthening values of love, mercy, and respect for others, and forbearance among students, combating arrogance, lies, selfishness and hatred. * Teachers should necessarily be informed about the educational styles in order to urge students and encourage them to practice various values.
