المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع استخدام أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة بيشة لموارد التعلم مفتوحة المصدر في الممارسات التدريسية، وتحقيقا لأهداف الدراسة؛ تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في استبانة، قسمت إلى اربع محاور وهي: مستويات استخدام أعضاء هيئة التدريس لموارد التعلم مفتوحة المصدر، وأنماط استخدام أعضاء هيئة التدريس لموارد التعلم مفتوحة المصدر، ومعوقات استخدام أعضاء هيئة التدريس لموارد التعلم مفتوحة المصدر في الممارسات التدريسية، واتجاهات أعضاء هيئة التدريس نحو استخدام موارد التعلم مفتوحة المصدر في الممارسات التدريسية.، وبلغ عددها عباراتها (٤٤) فقرة، وطبقت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية تمثلت في أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة بيشة بلغت (٢٩٧) عضو، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، من أبرزها : أن إجمالي درجة مستويات استخدام أعضاء هيئة التدريس لموارد التعلم مفتوحة المصدر كان بدرجة موافق بمتوسط حسابي قدرة (٣.٤٥)، كما أن إجمالي درجة أنماط استخدام أعضاء هيئة التدريس لموارد التعلم مفتوحة المصدر بمتوسط حسابي قدرة (٣.٩٣)، في حين أن إجمالي درجة معوقات استخدام أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة بيشة لموارد التعلم مفتوحة المصدر في الممارسات التدريسية كان بدرجة محايد، بمتوسط حسابي قدرة (٣.١١)، بينما كان وإجمالي درجة اتجاهات أعضاء هيئة التدريس نحو استخدام موارد التعلم مفتوحة المصدر في الممارسات التدريسية كان بدرجة موافق"، بمتوسط حسابي قدرة (٣.٥٣)، كما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α = 0.05) بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة بيشة في إجمالي محور أنماط استخدام أعضاء هيئة التدريس لموارد التعلم مفتوحة المصدر" تعزى لمتغير الجنس، كذلك أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α = 0.05) بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة بيشة في إجمالي محور "أنماط استخدام أعضاء هيئة التدريس لموارد التعلم مفتوحة المصدر" تعزى لمتغير "التخصص" ،كذلك أشارت إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α = 0.05) بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة بيشة في إجمالي محور أنماط استخدام أعضاء هيئة التدريس لموارد التعلم مفتوحة المصدر تعزى لمتغير "المرتبة الأكاديمية" لصالح فئة "أستاذ"، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α = 0.05) بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة بيشة في إجمالي محور "أنماط استخدام أعضاء هيئة التدريس لموارد التعلم مفتوحة المصدر تعزى لمتغير "الخبرة التدريسية" لصالح فئة "٥ إلى ١٠ سنوات"، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α = 0.05) بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة بيشة في إجمالي محور أنماط استخدام أعضاء هيئة التدريس لموارد التعلم مفتوحة المصدر تعزى لمتغير" الخبرة في مجال استخدام التعلم الإلكتروني" لصالح فئة "خبير" ، عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α = 0.05) بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة بيشة في إجمالي محور "أنماط استخدام أعضاء هيئة التدريس لموارد التعلم مفتوحة المصدر" تعزى لمتغير "نمط استخدام التعلم الإلكتروني"، وفي ضوء ما سبق قدمت الدراسة عددا من التوصيات، من أبرزها: إضافة معيار استخدام موارد التعلم مفتوحة لأعضاء هيئة التدريس ضمن معايير تقييم أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة بيشة، المصدر إضافة بدل استخدام موارد التعلم مفتوحة المصدر لأعضاء هيئة التدريس لتحفيزهم على تفعيله في العملية التعليمية، زيادة تقديم الدعم المؤسسي من: المكافآت، والحوافز التشجيعية، وتخفيف العبء التدريسي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة بيشة لتحفيزهم على استخدام موارد التعلم مفتوحة المصدر.

The aim of the study was to know the reality of the use of open source learning resources by the faculty at Bisha University in teaching practices, and to achieve the objectives of the study; The use of open source learning resources in teaching practices, numbering (44) paragraphs, and the study was applied to a random sample represented by faculty members at Bisha University amounting to (297) members, and the study reached a number of results, Among the most prominent: the total degree of staff use of open source learning resources was consistent with an average capacity calculation (3.45), and the total degree of faculty usage patterns for open source learning resources with an average capacity calculation (3.39), While the total degree of barriers to the use of open source learning resources by Bisha University faculty in teaching practices was neutral, with an average capacity calculation (3.11), while the total degree of faculty trends towards the use of open source learning resources in teaching practices It was ok," with an average capacity calculation (3.53), and the results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) among faculty members at Bisha University. In the total focus of "faculty usage patterns for open source learning resources" attributable to the sex variable, the results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) among faculty members at Bisha University in the total focus of "faculty usage patterns of open source learning resources" due to the "specialization" variable, It also noted that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) among the faculty at Bisha University in the total focus of "faculty usage patterns for open source learning resources attributable to the "academic rank" variable in favor of the "Professor" category. "There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) among faculty members at Bisha University in the total axis of "faculty usage patterns of open source learning resources attributable to the "teaching experience" variable for the benefit of a class" 5 to 10 years", there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) among faculty members at Bisha University in the total focus of "faculty usage patterns for open source learning resources attributable to the variable" experience in the field of The use of e-learning in favour of the "expert" category, the absence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) among faculty members at Bisha University in the total axis of "patterns of use of open source learning resources by faculty" attributable to the "E-learning pattern" variable, In the light of the above, the study made a number of recommendations, most notably: adding the criterion for the use of open source learning resources to faculty members within the criteria for evaluating faculty at Bisha University, adding an allowance for the use of open source learning resources for faculty members to motivate them to activate it in the educational process, increasing institutional support from: rewards, incentives, and reducing the teaching burden of faculty members at Bisha University to motivate them to use open source learning resources.
