أجريت الدراسة لبحث أثر الخصخصة على رفع كفاءة العاملين وجودة خدمات المؤسسة السودانية للمواصلات السلكية واللاسلكية بعد أن تمت خصخصتها وأصبحت الشركة السودانية للاتصالات المحدودة، اعتمد البحث في جمع المعلومات على المقابلات الشخصية مع الإداريين في الشركة وتصميم استبيان لاختبار آراء المستفيدين من الخدمة بجانب المراجع والتقارير وأوراق العمل وشبكة الإنترنت. هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على التغيرات التي حدثت في الشركة بعد عملية الخصخصة، من خلال عدد من الفرضيات منها تؤدي الخصخصة إلى رفع كفاءة العاملين بالشركة وجودة أدائهم. تساعد الخصخصة على توسيع الخدمات المقدمة بالتقنيات المتطورة، لقد توصلت الدراسة لمجموعة نتائج منها أن إتباع الخصخصة يؤدي لتطوير المؤسسات ويمكنها من حل مشاكلها بالتعلم من التجارب السابقة وتغيرات البيئة المحيطة. تساهم الخصخصة في تعزيز قدرة الشركة على المحافظة على مستوى الخدمات المقدمة. لقد اختتمت الدراسة بتوصيات منها إشراك الموظفين في مختلف مراحل عملية التطوير وتجويد الخطط والاستراتيجيات الموضوعة لذلك، إعطاء الموظفين مساحة كافية للتعبير عن أفكارهم من خلال التوسع في تبني القيادة بالمشاركة.
The study was conducted to discuss the effect of privatization on the improvement of the efficiency of the employees and the quality of the services of the Sudanese Telecommunications Corporation. After privatizing it, the Sudanese Telecommunications Company Limited, the research depended on collecting information on personal opposing with the managers in the company and designing a questionnaire to test the opinions of the beneficiaries of the service And the Internet. The study aimed to identify the changes that took place in the company after the privatization process, through a number of hypotheses, such as privatization leads to raise the efficiency of the company's employees and the quality of their performance. Privatization helps to expand the services provided by advanced technologies. The study has reached a number of results, such as the following: Privatization leads to the development of institutions and enables them to solve their problems by learning from previous experiences and keeping pace with changes in the surrounding environment. Privatization contributes to enhancing the company's ability to maintain the level of services provided. The study concluded with recommendations including involving employees in different stages of the development process and improving the plans and strategies set for this. Giving employees enough space to express their ideas through the expansion of leadership adoption in partnership.
