المستخلص: نظرا لأهمية التعليم الجامعي كركيزة أساسية في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، وبالاستناد على نظرية التناقضات التنظيمية، استهدف الباحثون قياس تأثير البراعة التنظيمية على استدامة الجامعات المصرية بالتطبيق على جامعتي القاهرة والإسكندرية كجامعتين مستدامتين طبقا للتصنيفات العالمية للجامعات المستدامة عن عام 2021م، وبتحليل بيانات عدد (279) استمارة استقصاء صالحة للتحليل عن عينة عشوائية بسيطة من أعضاء هيئة تدريس وحصر شامل للقيادات الإدارية، توصل الباحثون إلى عدة نتائج كان أهمها وجود تأثير مباشر معنوي إيجابي للبراعة التنظيمية على استدامة الجامعات محل البحث، حيث بلغت قوة تأثيرها نسبة (90%) وهى نسبة عالية، وعلى مستوى قياس تأثير الأبعاد الفرعية، حقق البعد الجمعي للبراعة التأثير الأكبر على بعد الاستدامة السياسية وبلغت قوة تأثيره نسبة (80%)، بينما شغل بعد توازن البراعة المرتبة الأخيرة في التأثير ممثلة في تأثيره على البعد الاجتماعي للاستدامة بنسبة (9%). كما تمثلت أهم توصيات البحث: أنه يجب على الجامعات التي تطمح تحقيق أهداف الاستدامة بها، أن تستخدم البراعة التنظيمية كمنهج إداري ملائم لذلك.

According to the importance of university education as a fundamental pillar in achieving sustainable development, Based on the theory of Organizational Paradoxes, the researchers aimed to measure the impact of organizational Ambidexterity- according to the rationale for the theory of organizational paradoxes- on the sustainability of Egyptian universities by applying to the universities of Cairo and Alexandria as sustainable universities according to the international Rankings of sustainable universities for the year 2021, and by analyzing data of a number (279) of valid questionnaires for analysis from a sample of Academic Staff and a comprehensive inventory of the administrative leaders, The researchers reached several results, the most important of which were: There is a Direct significant positive effect of organizational Ambidexterity on the sustainability of the universities where the strength of its impact reached (90%), which is a high percentage. And at the level of measuring the impact of the sub-dimensions, the collective dimension of Ambidexterity had the greatest impact on the dimension of political sustainability, and the strength of its impact was (80%), while the dimension of balance of Ambidexterity occupied the last rank in the impact represented by its impact on the social dimension of sustainability with an impact rate of (9%). The most important recommendations were: Universities that aspire to achieve their sustainability goals must use organizational Ambidexterity as an appropriate management approach.
