المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى التعرف على دور الإدارة المدرسية في تحقيق أهداف المرحلة الابتدائية من وجهه نظر معلمي بعض المدارس بمنطقة عسير من خلال تحديد درجة ممارسات مدير المدرسة لتحقيق أهداف المرحلة الابتدائية، والفوائد المترتبة على تحقيق أهداف المرحلة الابتدائية، والمشكلات التي تواجه إدارة المدرسة في تحقيق أهداف المرحلة الابتدائية، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد بلغت عينة الدراسة (٢٢٥) معلم من بعض مدارس منطقة عسير، وتم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة خلال العام الجامعي ١٤٤٤ ه. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الإدارة المدرسية تقوم بدورها لتحقيق أهداف المرحلة الابتدائية بشكل جيد وكذلك إدارته، من خلال دورها تجاه المعلم والبيئة والاهتمام بالأنشطة والمناهج الدراسية وذلك لتحقيق أهداف المرحلة الابتدائية، ومن الفوائد المترتبة على تحقيق أهداف المرحلة الابتدائية (تعزيز الثقة بنفس الطالب، ومساعدة الطالب على التكيف مع الظروف البيئية لمتطلبات المجتمع وتحقيق ربط كامل بين العلم والعمل)، ومن المشكلات التي تواجه الإدارة المدرسية في تحقيق أهداف المرحلة الابتدائية (عدم تخصيص الوقت الكافي للمجالات العلمية مثل تخصيص وقت لإجراء التجارب، وعدم اشتراك أولياء الأمور للعمل معا من أجل تحقيق أهداف المرحلة الابتدائية). كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تدريب المعلمون على إدارة البرامج المختلفة لتحقيق أهداف المرحلة الابتدائية، والمطالبة بتوفير الإمكانات اللازمة التي تعين على تحقيق الأهداف.

The aim of the research is to identify the role of the school administration in achieving the objectives of the primary stage from the point of view of teachers of some schools in the A sir region by determining the degree of the school principal s practices to achieve the objectives of the primary stage the benefits of achieving the objectives of the primary stage, and the problems facing the school administration in achieving the objectives of the primary stage. The study used the descriptive analytical approach, and the study sample amounted to (225) teachers from some schools in the Asir region, and they were randomly selected from the study population during the academic year 1444. The results of the study showed that the school administration plays its role to achieve the goals of the primary stage well, as well as its management through its role towards the teacher and the environment and attention to activities and curricula in order to achieve the goals of the primary stage, and from the benefits of achieving the goals of the primary stage (increasing confidence in the same student, and helping the student to Adapting to the environmental conditions of society’s requirements and achieving a complete link between science and work), and one of the problems facing the school administration in achieving the objectives of the primary stage (not allocating enough time for scientific fields such as allocating time for experiments, and not involving parents to work together in order to achieve the objectives of the primary stage).
