يسعى البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على دور بين البنية التحتية لإدارة المعرفة بوصفه متغيرا مستقلا عبر أبعاده (البنية التحتية التكنولوجية والثقافية والهيكلية) في تخطيط نظام المعلومات الاستراتيجي بوصفه متغيرا تابعا، لشركة الاتصالات زين العراق، وقد شملت عينة البحث (120) من الإدارات العليا والوسطى في الشركة، ولغرض تحقيق هدف البحث تم اعتماد الاستبانة في جمع البيانات المتعلقة بمتغيرات البحث، وتم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في البحث ومن ثم تحليلها باعتماد بعض الأساليب الإحصائية مثل (الوسط الحسابي، والانحراف المعياري، ومعامل الارتباط الخطي، ومعامل الانحدار البسيط والمتعدد)، وتم التوصل إلى النتائج باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي مثل (SPSS.V.24) وبرنامج (Amos.V.24) لتحليل البيانات للتوصل إلى الاستنتاجات التي كان أبرزها وجود علاقة ارتباط وتأثير بين البنية التحتية لإدارة المعرفة وتخطيط نظام المعلومات الاستراتيجي. The current research seeks to identify the role of knowledge management infrastructure as an independent variable across its dimensions (technological, cultural and structural infrastructure) in the planning of the strategic information system as a dependent variable, for Zain Iraq Telecom Company. The company, and for the purpose of achieving the goal of the research, the questionnaire was adopted in collecting data related to the research variables, and the descriptive analytical approach was adopted in the research and then analyzed by adopting some statistical methods such as (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, linear correlation coefficient, simple and multiple regression coefficient), and the results were reached To the results using the statistical program such as (SPSS.V.24) and the program (Amos.V.24) to analyze the data to reach conclusions, the most prominent of which was the existence of a correlation and impact relationship between the knowledge management infrastructure and strategic information system planning. |
