| 520 | |b The research aims to study the knowledge bases of the benchmarking the dimensions of the balanced scorecard and to indicate its role in measuring the strategic performance of service units, and to work on addressing weaknesses in performance and enhancing its strengths, in a manner that is compatible with modern environmental requirements. The research was applied in the Maysan and Basra passport offices, and a questionnaire was designed in line with the objectives of the research, and in order to test the research hypotheses, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to the individuals working in the research sample, and a set of appropriate statistical methods were used to test the hypotheses. The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which was that the external reference comparison of the dimensions of the BSC helps in diagnosing strengths and weaknesses in performance, and then taking the necessary measures to improve the strategic performance of service units. | ||
