Social Expenditure is an important part of public Expenditure, especially Expenditure on social protection as a contributing factor in reducing poverty and unemployment rates, and Iraq is one of the countries that seeks to achieve sustainable development goals that require reducing unemployment rates and poverty rates, and Therefore this research came to aim to indicate the effects that Expenditure on social protection leaves on poverty and unemployment rates. The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which was that social Expenditure through Expenditure on social protection can contribute to providing job opportunities and reducing poverty rates, but in a limited way. |
