|a يعتبر الاتصال جزء لا يتجزأ من عمل كل مؤسسة إذ يمكن القول أن وجود المؤسسة واستمرارها مرهون بتحقيق الأهداف بكفاءة وبدرجة عالية من الجودة والتي بدورها لا يمكن تحقيقها إلا من خلال وجود إداريين ذو كفاءات اتصالية عالية على اعتبار أن ذلك يساهم في إصدار القرارات الراشدة أو ما يعرف بتحقيق حوكمة المؤسسة، مما سبق تهدف هذه الدراسة الميدانية لمعرفة ماهية الحوكمة وكذا محاولة معرفة دور الاتصال المؤسساتي ومساهمته في إرساء مبادئ الحوكمة داخل المؤسسة، وهي دراسة وصفية تحليلية خلصت إلى أن الاتصال الفعال داخل المؤسسة يساهم بدرجة كبيرة في إرساء وتطبيق حوكمة المؤسسة وبالتالي الحفاظ على بقاء المؤسسة وتطويرها وفق أساليب إدارية حديثة.
|b Communication is an integral part of the work of every institution, as it can be said that the existence and continuity of the institution depends on achieving the goals efficiently and with a high degree of quality, which in turn can only be achieved through the presence of administrators with high communicative competencies, given that this contributes to the issuance of rational decisions Or what is known as the achievement of corporate governance, from the above. This field study aims to find out what governance is, as well as trying to know the role of institutional communication and its contribution to establishing the principles of governance within the institution, and it is a descriptive and analytical study that concluded that effective communication within the institution contributes significantly to the establishment and application of Governance of the institution and thus maintaining the survival of the institution and its development according to modern administrative methods.
