|b This study aims to diagnose the human resources information system in the Algerian organization, Where the hospital institution obstetrics institution in Setif was studied. The human resource information system is one of the recent trends in exploiting the technological development to develop human resource management. This study was conducted by relying on an interview with the responsible of the studied organization, After collecting and analyzing data, this study reached many results, most notably: that is despite the existence of a modernized human resources information system, it is centralized and lacks flexibility.
