|a يهدف البحث إلى معرفة العلاقة بين المتغير المستقل المتمثل بالثبات ألاستراتيجي بأبعاده (ردع التهديدات، طمأنة الحلفاء، تطوير قدرات العاملين)، مع المتغير التـابع المتمثل بالأداء المنظمي بأبعاده (الابتكار الإداري، الابتكار التكنولوجي، الاستدامة، الأداء السياقي). أجري هذا البحث على عينة قصدية مكونة من (٩٧) مستجيبا تضمنت مدراء الأقسام والشعب في المديرية العامة لتربية محافظة النجف الأشرف وذلك للـدور الكبير والفعال الذي تلعبه هذه المديرية في حركة التربية والتعليم في المحافظة بصورة خاصة والبلد بصورة عامة. لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتمـاد علـى نموذج (الجنـابي، الـذبحاوي، 2018) لقياس أبعاد المتغير المستقل (الثبات الاستراتيجي) ونموذج (Zhang, et al, 2019) لقياس أبعاد المتغير التابع (الأداء المنظمي)، وأستخدم البحث استمارة الاستبيان كـأداة رئيسة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات ولأجل معالجة البيانات والمعلومات تم استعمال العديد من الأساليب الإحصائية منها (الوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، معامل المسار، معامل الفا كرونباخ) واستخرجت النتائج باستخدام البرنامج الحاسوبي الجاهز (SPSS).
|b This research seeks to know the relationship between the independent variable represented by strategic stability in its dimensions (deterring threats, reassuring allies, developing the capabilities of workers), with the dependent variable represented by organizational performance with its dimensions (management innovation, technological innovation, sustainability, contextual performance). This study was conducted on an intentional sample of (97) respondents, which included the directors of departments and people in the General Directorate of Education in Najaf Governorate, due to the large and effective role that this directorate plays in the education movement in the governorate in particular and the country in general. To achieve the objectives of the research, the (Al- Janabi, Al Dhabawi, 2018) model was used to measure the dimensions of the independent variable (strategic stability) and the (Zhang, et al, 2019) model to measure the dimensions of the dependent variable (organizational performance), and the research used the questionnaire as a main tool for data and information collection and for data processing. And the information was used by many statistical methods, including (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, path coefficient, Cronbach's alpha coefficient) and the results were extracted using the ready-made computer program (Smart PLS).
