المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى التعرف على المشكلات التعليمية التي تزيد من حدة الفاقد التعليمي بنظام التعليم بدولة الكويت، وللتصدي لهذه المشكلة، والتعرف على أهم المشكلات المسببة للفاقد التعليمي في المرحلة المتوسطة من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة، والوقوف على أثر متغير (الجنس – الخبرة – المنطقة الجغرافية) في قياس اتجاهات معلمي المرحلة المتوسطة للفاقد التعليمي في مادة العلوم، وتقديم مقترحات للحد من الفاقد التعليمي في المرحلة المتوسطة في المستقبل في حالة قدوم أي ظروف مشابهة لفيروس كورونا على البلاد، ومن أجل ذلك استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتمثلت أدوات البحث في استبانة مكونة من 22 فقرة لقياس اتجاهات معلمي المرحلة المتوسطة حول الفاقد التعليمي لمادة العلوم، وتم تطبيق الاستبانة على عينة الدراسة والبالغ عددهم (40) معلما ومعلمة ممن يدرسون مقرر العلوم للصف التاسع بالمرحلة المتوسطة، وتم إجراء المعالجات الإحصائية المناسبة، وتم الوصول إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أن مقياس اتجاهات معلمي المرحلة المتوسطة للفاقد التعليمي بمادة العلوم ملائم للاستخدام حيث أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الدرجة الكلية كانت مرتفعة حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (4.07) والنسبة المئوية بلغت (0.81)، وحاز المقياس على تقدير المعلمين بغض النظر عن المتغيرات التي تناولتها الدراسة، حيث أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق مهمة بين تقديرات المعلمين والمعلمات في تقويم كتاب العلوم تعزى للخبرة أو المؤهل العلمي أو جنس المعلم، وضرورة وجود أنشطة تفاعلية بسيطة وغير مكلفة تشرك الطالب والمعلم معا في إنتاجها، وفي ضوء ذلك قدمت التوصيات والمقترحات وكان من أهمها التركيز على محتوى كتاب العلوم بالمرحلة المتوسطة في الكويت وتحديث محتواه، وإشراك المعلمين في وضع الكتاب المدرسي وتصميمه.

search target to identify on me the problems educational that increase from sharpness wastage educational system education country Kuwait, and to counter for this the problem, and to identify the most important problems that cause educational loss in the intermediate stage from the point of view of the study sample, and to determine the impact of a variable (sex–experience–geographical area) in measuring middle school teachers’ attitudes to educational loss in science, and making proposals to reduce educational loss in middle school in the future in the event of any conditions similar to the corona virus coming to the country, and for that the researcher used the descriptive analytical method, and the research tools were represented in resolution consists of 22 items to measure middle school teachers' attitudes about educational loss in science the questionnaire was applied to the study sample, which numbered (40) male and female teachers who are studying the science course for the ninth grade in the intermediate stage, and the appropriate statistical treatments were carried out. several results were obtained, the most important of which is that a measure of middle school teachers' attitudes towards educational loss in science is suitable for use, as the results of the study showed that the total score was high, where the arithmetic mean was (4.07) and the percentage amounted to (0.81), and they have the scale on the teachers’ appreciation regardless of the variables that address them to in this study, the results showed that there were no significant differences between the teachers’ and female teachers’ ratings in evaluating the science book due to experience, academic qualification, or gender of the teacher. The necessity of having simple and inexpensive interactive activities that involve the student and the teacher together in their production in light of this, recommendations and suggestions were presented, the most important of which were focus on the content of the science book middle school in Kuwait and update its content, and involve teachers in developing and designing the textbook.
