المستخلص: استهدفت الدراسة تحديد الاستراتيجيات الاتصالية التي تتبناها المؤسسات التعليمية في الترويج للتعليم عن بعد الذي أقر كحل بديل لعدم إمكانية التعليم بالنمط التقليدي لأجل مواجهة دول العالم ومنه مصر لجائحة " كوفيد 19" وأثر هذه الاستراتيجيات الاتصالية على كل من الطلاب وأساتذة الجامعات. وتعد الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية التي تستهدف جمع المعلومات اللازمة لوصف أبعاد ومتغيرات الظاهرة مما يمكن من تحليلها في الظروف التي تتواجد عليها، وتم الاعتماد على منهج المسح والذي يمثل الطريقة التعرف على درجة وقوة العلاقات بين متغيراتها ومستويات التأثير بينها، باستخدام أداة الاستبيان، كما اعتمدت الباحثة على التحليل الكيفي للمعلومات التي تم جمعها من خلال مجموعات النقاش، وذلك في ضوء نموذج قبول التكنولوجيا (TAM). ويتمثل مجتمع الدراسة الميدانية في الجمهور المصري لمن هم فوق (18) عام فأكثر من قاطني محافظتي القاهرة والجيزة، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية طبقية بلغ حجمها (٤٠٠) مفردة من الطلاب مستخدمي أنظمة التعليم عن بعد، وتمثلت العينة العمدية لمجموعات النقاش المركزة من أساتذة جامعتي القاهرة وحلوان، وذلك خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول للعام الجامعي 2020م/ 2021م. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج منها: - عدم اهتمام المؤسسات التعليمية بتفعيل نظام التعليم عن بعد في الآونة الأخيرة، كذلك اتفقت عينة الدراسة على عدم الاستفادة بشكل متكامل من نظام التعليم عن بعد أثناء الدراسة. - أوضحت النتائج أن هناك العديد من الصعوبات التي تحد من استخدام التعليم عن بعد في المؤسسات التعليمية ومن أهمها تكرار حدوث الأعطال الفنية أثناء تلقى برامج التعليم عن بعد وضعف البنية التحتية للفصول الافتراضية التعليمية أو التدريبية في بعض المناطق.

The study aimed to identify the communication strategies adopted by educational institutions in promoting distance education, which was recognized as an alternative to the traditional style of teaching as an aftermath to the "Covid 19" pandemic in Egypt and around the world, and the impact of these communication strategies on both students, university professors and trainers. The study is a descriptive study aiming at collecting the necessary information to describe the dimensions and variables of the phenomenon, and thus enables it to be analyzed in the circumstances in which it exists. It was based on the method of survey, which allows the recognition of the degree and strength of relationships between their variables and then identify the levels of impact between these variables using the questionnaire tool. The author also relied on qualitative analysis of information collected through focused discussion groups, considering the Acceptance Technology -TAM Model. The field study community is represented by the Egyptian citizens, residents of Cairo and Giza governorates, who are (18) years and older. A random class sample of them was selected with a size of (400) Students from distance education systems and the intentional sample of the focused discussion groups was from the professors of Cairo and Halawan universities , during the first semester of the academic year 2020/ 2021. The study reached several results including: - Educational institutions have not been interested in activating the distance education system in recent times, as well as the sample of the study agreed not to benefit fully from the system of distance education during study. - The results showed that there are many difficulties limiting the use of distance education in educational institutions, the most important of which are "the lack of training programs dedicated for educational or training classes; the frequency of technical failures during the distance education programs; and the weakness of the infrastructure of the virtual educational or training classes in some areas.
