المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى دور قنوات الاتصال الحديثة في فاعلية مركزية التعاميم والقرارات في إدارات التعليم من وجهة نظر عينة من العاملين في قطاع التعليم بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وتحديد المشكلات التي تواجه العاملين في قطاع التعليم بالمملكة العربية السعودية في توظيف قنوات الاتصال الحديثة، وكذلك بناء تصور مقترح لزيادة دور قنوات الاتصال الحديثة في فاعلية مركزية التعاميم والقرارات في إدارات التعليم بالمملكة العربية السعودية. وبغرض تحقيق أهداف الدراسة وظفت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خلال تطبيق استبانة على عينة عشوائية تكونت من (247) مفردة من مجتمع الدراسة المتمثل بالفئات التالية: معلم/ة، قائد/ة مدرسة، مشرف/ة، مدير/ة مكتب، مديرة/ة تعليم، في المملكة العربية السعودية. حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المتوسط العام لمقياس دور قنوات الاتصال الحديثة في زيادة فاعلية مركزية التعاميم والقرارات في إدارات التعليم، جاء (3.54)، وحصل المحول الأول "واقع استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة في الإدارة التربوية" على المرتبة الأولى بمتوسط حسابي (3.75)، والذي يقيس أهمية ودرجة توظيف تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة في إجراء التعاميم والقرارات الإدارية، تلاه المحور الثاني "مشكلات استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة في الإدارة التربوية" بمتوسط حسابي (3.32)، والذي يهتم بقياس المشكلات التي يتسبب بها استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة في إجراء التعاميم والقرارات الإدارية، وكذلك خلصت الدراسة إلى بناء تصور مقترح لزيادة دور قنوات الاتصال الحديثة في فاعلية مركزية التعاميم والقرارات في إدارات التعليم بالمملكة العربية السعودية. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصت الباحثة بضرورة ضرورة إدراك القيادات العليا في مراكز اتخاذ القرار في وزارة التعليم وإدارتها لأهمية تفعيل دور قنوات الاتصال الحديثة في إرسال القرارات والتعميمات.

The study aimed to identify the role of modern communication channels in the effectiveness of the centralization of circulars and decisions in education administrations from the viewpoint of a sample of workers in the education sector in KSA, And to identify the problems that face workers in the education sector in KSA by employing modern channels of communication, As well as building a proposed vision to increase the role of modern communication channels in the effectiveness of the centralization of circulars and decisions in education departments in KSA. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher employed the descriptive analytical method, by applying a questionnaire to a random sample consisting of (247) individuals from the study population represented by the following groups: Teacher (M, F), school leader (M, F), supervisor (M, F), office manager (M, F), education director (M, F), in KSA. The study found that the general average of the measure of the role of modern communication channels in increasing the effectiveness of the centralization of circulars and decisions in education departments is (3.54). The first axis, "The Reality of Using Modern Communication Technology in Educational Administration", ranked first with an average of 3.75, which measures the importance and degree of employing modern communication technology in making circulars and administrative decisions. Then the second axis "Problems of using modern communication technology in educational administration" with a mean of (3.32), which is concerned with measuring the problems caused by the use of modern communication technology in making generalizations and administrative decisions, the study also concluded with building a proposed vision to increase the role of modern communication channels in the effectiveness of the centralization of circulars and decisions in education departments in KSA. In the light of the findings, the researcher recommended that the higher leaders in decision making centers in the Ministry of Education and its management should recognize the importance of activating the role of modern communication channels in the transmission and generalization of decisions.
