المستخلص: يعيش العالم في السنوات الأخيرة العديد من التغيرات السريعة من تحديات معلوماتية، وتطور تكنولوجي هائل وتحولات اقتصادية واجتماعية، وتعتبر المدرسة إحدى مصادر المعرفة وهى المؤسسة التربوية التي تمثل العملية التعليمية في أي مجتمع من المجتمعات البشرية، وبالنظر أركان العملية التعليمية الأساسية الثلاثة داخل المدرسة:- وهى المعلم والمتعلم والمناهج نجد أن المعلم هو أهم هذه الأركان، فالمعلم الفعال هو القادر على تنمية حب المعرفة لدى المتعلم، فيقوم بدور أساسي ومحوري في حياة المتعلم ومستقبل الأمة كافة, وبهذا يتبوأ المعلم منزلة المربى الأساسي والمعلم الفعال في حياة النشء، ويقدم معلم مدرسة المستقبل وحدة تعليمية لتوفير تعلم أكثر فاعلية ومواكبا لثورة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات والتطور المعرفي، مراعيا الاحتياجات الفردية والجماعية، فيؤدى معلمو المستقبل حاليا الدور الأكثر أهمية في تشكيل بنية التعلم للمتعلمين، عن طريق تعزيز عملية التعلم من خلال بيئة غنية بتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، ولقد برزت فنلندا في الآونة الأخيرة كإحدى الدول الرائدة في التحصيل العلمي في منظمة التعاون الاقتصادي والتنمية، وعجزت بعض الدول المتقدمة عن تحقيق ربع ما حققته فنلندا في مجال جودة النظم التعليمية المتوفرة بها رغم عدم امتلاكها ثروات تعتمد عليها، ولذلك أصبحت عملية تطوير برامج إعداد المعلم في مصر من الضروريات لاستحداث منهجية علمية متطورة تعاونية تقوم على الاستمرارية والتنمية المتلاحقة وفق معايير دولية محددة لتحسين المنتج التعليمي بالإضافة إلى ما ارتكزت عليه (الخطة الاستراتيجية للتعليم قبل الجامعي 2014/2030) من محاور أهمها: معلم متميز على مستوى عال من الكفاءة والخبرة التي تمكنه من القيادة التربوية والتخطيط الجيد وتجعل منه عنصرا فعالا في التغيير.

In recent years, the world is experiencing many rapid changes, including information challenges, tremendous technological development, economic and social transformations, and continuous flow and diversity of knowledge in various fields. The three basic educational levels within the school:- They are the teacher, the learner, and the curriculum. We find that the teacher is the most important of these pillars. The effective teacher is the one who is able to develop the love of knowledge in the learner. He plays a fundamental and pivotal role in the life of the learner and the future of the whole nation. He provides him with what he needs scientifically, cognitively and morally. The teacher is the main educator and the effective teacher in the life of the young. The teacher of the school of the future provides an educational unit to provide more effective learning and keep pace with the revolution of information and communication technology and cognitive development, Future teachers are currently playing the most important role in shaping the learning structure for learners, by enhancing the learning process through an environment rich in information and communication technology. Finland has recently emerged as one of the leading countries in educational attainment in the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, and some developed countries have been unable to achieve A quarter of what Finland has achieved in the field of the quality of the educational systems available in it, despite the fact that it does not have wealth to depend on. Therefore, the process of developing teacher preparation programs in Egypt has become one of the necessities for the development of a cooperative, advanced scientific methodology based on continuity and successive development in accordance with specific international standards to improve the educational product in addition to what it was based on. (Strategic Plan for Pre- University Education 2014-2030) One of the most important axes: a distinguished teacher at a high level of authority and experience that enables him to lead educational leadership and good planning and makes him an effective agent in change.
