المستخلص: يكتنف الحديث عن الشخصية الإنسانية عادة كثير من الغموض، وشيء من التداخل؛ فهو حديث عن تراكمات نفسية، ودواع داخلية، ومتغيرات انطباعية قد أوجدها الله سبحانه وتعالى لدى النفس البشرية، وهي النفس المتغيرة المتحولة ذات الأقسام والأنماط المختلفة. وعنصر الشخصية واحد من أهم عناصر العمل السردي، وقد اختار هذا البحث شخصية النبي يوسف عليه السلام مادة له بوصفها واحدة من أبرز الشخصيات التي قدمها القرآن الكريم للمتلقي. وتأتي أهمية هذا البحث لتناوله شخصية إنسانية مؤثرة كما صورها القرآن، وبما تحمله من مواقف للاحتذاء والاقتداء. وتتمثل مشكلة البحث في عدة تساؤلات منها: لماذا شخصية النبي يوسف عليه السلام؟ هل من نمط معين لهذه الشخصية ميزها عن غيرها من الشخصيات؟ ما مدى التطور الذي طال هذه الشخصية من خلال هذه القصة القرآنية البليغة؟ وهدف البحث إلى استنباط نمط شخصية يوسف عليه السلام، وتتبع تطورها من ابتداء القصة وحتى ختمها، مستتبعًا المنهج التحليلي ومستعينا بأدوات مناهج أخرى مثل المنهج النفسي. كما هدف البحث إلى رصد وقراءة العلاقة بين الشخصية وعناصر بناء القصة مثل الحوار والمكان والزمان، كذلك الوقوف عند تقنيات السرد الفني الذي جاءت في إطاره القصة. وخلصت نتائج البحث إلى وجود تطور لافت في هذه الشخصية وفق ثلاث مراحل هي: مرحلة الرؤيا وفتنة غيابة الجب، ومرحلة فتنة الإغواء والسجن، ومرحلة فتنة الدنيا ومتطلبات المنصب الأثير واجتماع الشمل. بحيث كانت شخصية يوسف عليه السلام الشخصية الرئيسة والمتنامية، التي جرى تكوينها من أول القصة، وتشكلت بتمامها بحيث تطورت من حدث إلى آخر، وظهر لنا تطورها من موقف لآخر، وظهر لها في كل موقف تصرف جديد كشف لنا عن جانب جديد منها. كما خلص إلى أن عناصر بناء القصة أدت دورًا مهمًا في تطور الشخصية، كذلك تقنيات السرد والسياق الذي جاءت فيه.

Talking about the human personality is usually shrouded in a lot of ambiguity, and some interference; It is a talk about psychological accumulations, internal motives, and impressionistic variables that God has gave him the exact of the human self, which is the changing, transforming self with different sections and patterns. The personality element is one of the most important elements of the narrative work, and this research has chosen the personality of the Prophet Yusuf, peace be upon him, as his subject as one of the most prominent personalities presented by the Holy Qur’an to the receiver. The importance of this research lies in the fact that it deals with an influential human personality as depicted in the Qur’an, and what it bears from the positions of emulation and imitations. The research problem consists of several questions, including: Why the personality of Prophet Yusuf, peace be upon him? Is there a certain style of this personality that distinguishes it from other personalities? What is the extent of the development of this personality through this eloquent Quranic Story? The research aimed to elicit the style of the personality of Yusuf, peace be upon him, and trace its development from the beginning of the story to its end, following the analytical method and using other methods tools such as the psychological method. The research also aimed to observer and read the relationship between the personality and the elements of story construction, such as dialogue, place and time, as well as to consider the techniques of artistic narration within which the story came. The results of the research concluded that there is a remarkable development in this personality according to three stages: the first; the stage of vision and the sedition of the absence of the forehead, and the second; the stage of seduction of beguilement and imprisonment, and the third; the stage of the minimum sedition and the requirements of the ether position and the reunion meeting. So that the personality of Yusuf, peace be upon him, was the main and growing personality, which was formed from the beginning of the story, and was completely formed so that it developed from one event to another, and its development appeared to us from one situation to another, and in each situation a new behavior revealed to us a new aspect of it. He also concluded that story building elements played an important role in character development, narrative techniques and the context in which they came.
