|a يهدف البحث إلى بيان أهمية توظيف المستحدثات التكنولوجية في العملية التعليمية، وتوضيح حكم الشريعة في مدى أحقية الحاكم في فرض ضريبة لتوظيف تلك المستحدثات في منظومة التعليم وضرورة استدامة التوظيف لتلك المستحدثات. ويتمثل منهج البحث في إتباع المنهجين الاستقرائي والاستنباطي، أما المنهج الاستقرائي فلبيان المستحدثات التكنولوجية، وأهميتها وخصائصها، ونماذج منها، وأما المنهج الاستنباطي، فللوقوف على حكم الشرع في بيان وجود حقوق في المال غير حق الزكاة وبيان حكم فرض الضرائب على القادرين. ويخلص البحث إلى أهمية إدخال المستحدثات التكنولوجية في المنظومة التعليمية، وضرورة توظيف هذه المستحدثات وفق تخطيط سليم، وأن للحاكم سلطة في فرض ضرائب عادلة على القادرين من أفراد المجتمع لتوفيرها، وأن هناك ضوابط شرعية تحكم توظيف المستحدثات التكنولوجية في المؤسسات التعليمية، مع إمكانية استدامتها من خلال تفعيل التطوع بين أفراد المجتمع. ويوصي البحث بتوصيات منها التأكيد على أهمية إدماج المستحدثات التكنولوجية وفق الحاجة التعليمية والحرص على استدامتها، والعمل على تنمية الوعي الضريبي لدى أفراد المجتمع وحفظه من احتمال خطر العوز المستقبلي، والحرص على التكاتف المجتمعي للارتقاء بالتعليم والحث على تفعيل التطوع بين أفراد المجتمع واستدامة النفع للأجيال القادمة.
|b The research aims to demonstrate the importance of employing technological innovations in the educational process, and to clarify the rule of Sharia in the extent of the ruler's eligibility to impose a tax to employ these innovations in the education system and the need for sustainable employment of these innovations. The research methodology is to follow the inductive and deductive approaches. As for the inductive it is to show the technological innovations, their importance, characteristics, and models and as for the deductive, to find out the rule of Sharia in stating the existence of rights in money other than the right of zakat, and the statement of the rule of imposing taxes on those who are able. The research concludes with the importance of introducing technological innovations into the educational system, and the need to employ these innovations according to proper planning, and that the ruler has the authority to impose fair taxes on those who are able to afford them, and that there are legal controls governing the employment of technological innovations in educational institutions, with the possibility of their sustainability through activating volunteering among community members. The research recommends emphasizing the importance of integrating technological innovations according to the educational need and ensuring its sustainability, working to develop tax awareness among members of society and protecting it from the possibility of future destitution, and ensuring community solidarity to improve education and urging the activation of volunteering among members of society and the sustainability of benefit for future generations
