The current research aimed to conclude the challenges that university learners have confronted in Dohuk University, College of Basic Education, departments of both English language and Educational Counselling, during converting to E- learning in the second term of 2020 owing to the COVID-19 pandemic spread precautions. The role of this study was to assess the university learners‟ new experiences in E- learning and to evaluate the possibility of the virtual methods of education. This was accomplished through analyzing 122 learners‟ responses to the survey-based questionnaire. A descriptive statistical method was utilized to test the authentication of the study. The findings of the study revealed that the main obstacles that influence E- learning during COVID-19 were related to technical, academic, and communication challenges. Therefore, the findings provided valuable insights on the proper challenges of Elearning learners during COVID19 pandemic.
