المستخلص: تدرس هذه المقالة إشكالية السؤال الديدكتيكي والتعلم النشط من حيث مدى إلمام الأستاذ بآليات اشتغال السؤال التربوي، ووظائفه، وأنواعه، وأهدافه، وصيغه... لتحفيز المتعلم على التعلم النشط، فضلاً عن سؤال الطرق الديدكتيكية والبيداغوجية التي يعتمدها في انتقاء الأسئلة الملائمة، وتنظيمها، واستثمارها، وتدبيرها خلال الدرس، وعملية التقويم حسب مستوى المتعلمين واستعداداتهم، وطبيعة الدرس وسياقات إنجازه، بما من شأنه أن يعزز المنظومة التربوية بتصور تربوي فعال ينسجم وروح المنهاج والبرامج والكتب المدرسية والدلائل، ومستجدات التربية والتكوين لتنمية الكفايات التواصلية لدى المتعلمين واستعداداتهم وميولاتهم ومعارفهم، وذكاءاتهم، ليبنوا بأنفسهم شخصية منفتحة؛ تؤمن بمبدأ الحوار الثقافي والتربوي البناء.

This article studies the problematic of the dialectical question and active learning in terms of the professor’s familiarity with the mechanisms of the educational question, its functions, types and objectives to motivate the learner to active learning, as well as the question of the didactic and pedagogical methods that he adopts in selecting appropriate questions, organizing, investing, and managing them during the lesson and the evaluation process according to the level of Learners and their preparations, the nature of the lesson and the contexts of its achievement, which would enhance the educational system with an effective educational vision in line with the spirit of the curriculum, programs, textbooks, guides and developments in education and training to develop the communicative competencies of the learners, their preparations, tendencies, knowledge and intelligence, to build themselves an open personality that believes in the principle of constructive cultural and educational dialogue.
