|a يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع مشاركة الكوادر الإدارية المستقبلية في العمليات الإدارية بتوجيه التربية الرياضية بمديرية التربية والتعليم بمحافظة الغربية، وقد قام الباحثان باستخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتم تطبيق استبيان على (٥٨٥) فرداً من العاملين بتوجيه التربية الرياضية بمديرية التربية والتعليم بمحافظة الغربية وهم يمثلون (33.67%) من إجمالي مجتمع البحث البالغ عدده (١٧٣٧) فرداً ، كما تم إختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية، وتم تخصيص منهم (٢٠) فرداً لاختبار صدق وثبات الاستبيان وعدد (٢٠) فرداً لإجراء الدراسة الاستطلاعية، و(545) لتطبيق الاستبيان قيد البحث عليهم وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن اهتمام المسئولين عن توجيه التربية الرياضية بمديرية التربية والتعليم بمحافظة الغربية بمشاركة العاملين (الكوادر الأدارية المستقبلية) في كل من: عمليات التخطيط والتنظيم والتوجيه والرقابة بهدف إعداد صف ثان من القيادات ليكون أفراده قادرين على القيادة لتجنب حدوث فراغ إداري، بينما لا يهتم هؤلاء المسئولين بمشاركة العاملين (الكوادر الإدارية المستقبلية) في كل من: تحديد برامج التنمية الإدارية وتطوير الهيكل التنظيمي وتصحيح الإجراءات الإدارية.
|b The research aim to identify the reality of the participation of future administrative cadres in administrative processes by directing Physical Education in the Directorate of Education in Gharbia Governorate. The two researchers used the descriptive approach, and a questionnaire was applied to (585) individuals working in the direction of Physical Education in the Directorate of Education in Gharbia Governorate, and they represent (33.67%) of the total research community of (1737) individuals, and the research sample was chosen by random method stratified, and (20) individuals were allocated to test the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, and (20) individuals were assigned to conduct the survey study, and (545) to apply the questionnaire under study to them. The results of the study revealed the interest of those responsible for directing Physical Education in the Directorate of Education in Gharbia Governorate with the participation of workers (future administrative cadres) in each of: planning, organizing, directing and controlling processes with the aim of preparing a second row of leaders so that its members would be able to lead to avoid an administrative vacuum, while he does not care These officials, with the participation of workers (future administrative cadres) in each of: Defining administrative development programs, developing the organizational structure, and correcting administrative procedures.
