المستخلص: إن التطوير الإداري اكتسب أهمية بالغة في جميع أجهزة ومؤسسات الدولة وذلك لارتباطه بعدده عوامل كالتنظيم الإداري والهياكل التنظيمية ودراسة الإجراءات والعمل على تبسيطها من خلال تدريب القوة العاملة وتهيئة البيئة المكتبية المناسبة لعملهم مما يحسن من أدائهم، ولكن يواجه تطبيق التطوير الإداري العديد من صعوبات منها على سبيل المثال تحديات التطوير المتتالي والمكثف سواء في النواحي الإدارية أو الفنية أو الاجتماعية وثورة المعلومات وغيرها من صور التحديات المختلفة، والتي قد تعيق عملية التطوير الإداري وتحسين الأداء الوظيفي، ويهدف البحث إلى وضع خطة مقترحة لتطوير الأداء الإداري للعاملين بالأندية الرياضية بمحافظة البحيرة وذلك من خلال تقديم خطة مقترحة لتطوير الأداء الإداري للعاملين بالأندية الرياضية بمحافظة البحيرة.

The administrative development has gained great importance in all the organs and institutions of the state because it is linked to several factors such as administrative organization and organizational structures, studying procedures and working to simplify them through training the workforce and creating the appropriate office environment for their work, which improves their performance, But the application of administrative development faces many difficulties, including, for example, the challenges of successive and intensive development, whether in the administrative, technical or social aspects, the information revolution and other forms of various challenges, which may hinder the process of administrative development and improving job performance, and the research aims to develop a plan A proposal to develop the administrative performance of the employees of sports clubs in Al-Buhaira governorate, by presenting a proposed plan to develop the administrative performance of the employees of sports clubs in Al-Buhaira governorate.
