تمثلت مشكلة البحث في التساؤل الرئيس: دور كليات التربية لدى الجامعات الليبية (بن وليد إنمودجا) في إعداد المعلم الباحث، وتهدف الدراسة إلى (التعرف على دور كلية التربية في إعداد المعلم الباحث- التعرف على البرامج التدريبية في تنمية البحوث لدى المعلمين- التعرف على أهم المشكلات والمعوقات في برامج إعداد وتدريب المعلم الباحث). وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي في هذا البحث، وتكون مجمع البحث من جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس كلية التربية بجامعة بن وليد موزعين حسب تخصصاتهم العلمية والبالغ عددهم (120) حسب الكشوفات الرسمية من إدارة الكلية، بينما تم تطبيق البحث على عينة عشوائية منتظمة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية – جامعة بن وليد" والبالغ عددهم (50) عضو هيئة تدريس، وقد توصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: يواجه عضو هيئة التدريس مشاكل مادية من خلال مشاركته في المؤتمرات والندوات العلمية المحلية والدولية، وقلة وجود المجلات والدوريات العلمية في الكلية التي تقلل من فرص الاطلاع على البحوث التي لها علاقة بتخصصه، كما أوضحت نتائج البحث أنه لا يوجد برامج ودورات تدريبية تقوم بها الكلية لتعليم وتدريب كيفية إعداد البحث العلمي لعضو هيئة التدريس، وعلى سبيل المثال دورات كيفية استخدام الحاسب الآلي في عملية تحليل البيانات عن طريق برنامج ssps التحليل الإحصائي.

The descriptive approach has been used in this research, and the research pool consisted of all faculty members of the College of Education at Bin Waleed University distributed according to their scientific specializations and their number (120) according to the official statements from the college administration, While the research was applied to a simple random sample of faculty members at the College of Education- Ibn Walid University, and they number (50) faculty members, and the research reached several results, the most important of which are: -The faculty member faces complex financial and administrative problems when participating In scientific conferences and symposia locally and internationally, and the lack of cientific journals and periodicals in the college that may encourage the desires of a faculty member to see research related to his specialization, as the results of the research showed That there are no training programs and courses that the college undertakes to teach and train how to prepare scientific research for a faculty member, for example courses on how to use a computer in the data analysis process through the ssps statistical analysis program,
