|a استهدف البحث الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة الارتباطية بين حاجات الطلاب الصم وضعاف السمع بالمرحلة الجامعية وبين نوعية الحياة لديهم. والتنبؤ بنوعية الحياة من خلال حاجاتهم. والكشف عن الفروق بين درجات الطلاب الصم وضعاف السمع في المرحلة الجامعية مقياس الحاجات ومقياس نوعية الحياة لديهم وفقًا لمتغير النوع، ودرجة الفقد السمعي، ونمط التواصل المفضل، وتكونت العينة من (١٢٤) طالبًا وطالبة من الطلاب الصم وضعاف السمع الملتحقين بكلية التربية النوعية بجامعة الزقازيق، والقاهرة، وعين شمس، والإسكندرية، ممن تراوحت أعمارهم ما بين (١٩-22 عامًا) بمتوسط عمري (٢٠,٨٤) وانحراف معياري (٠,٠٩١)، وبلغت درجة الفقد السمعي لديهم 35 ديسيبل فأكثر، وتم استخدام مقياس حاجات (إعداد/الباحث)، ومقياس نوعية الحياة (ترجمة وتقنين/ الباحث)، وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ودالة إحصائيًا عند مستوى (٠,٠١) بين حاجات الطلاب الصم وضعاف السمع بالمرحلة الجامعية وبين درجات نوعية الحياة لديهم، كما يوجد تأثير موجب ودال إحصائيًا لدرجات حاجات الطلاب الصم وضعاف السمع على نوعية الحياة. ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين متوسطات درجات الطلاب الصم وضعاف السمع في بعض أبعاد مقياسي الحاجات ونوعية الحياة والدرجة الكلية وفقًا لمتغير النوع، ودرجة الفقد السمعي ونمط التواصل المفضل، لصالح الذكور ضعاف السمع، ومستخدمي طريقة التواصل الكلي.
|b The aim of the research is to find out the nature of the relationship between deaf and hard of hearing students in a specific and semi-university stage of life. and predicting the quality of life through their needs. And revealing the differences between the degrees of deaf and hard of hearing students at the university level on the scale of needs and the measure of quality of life their according to the variable gender, the degree of hearing loss, and the preferred communication style, The sample consisted of (124) deaf and hard-of-hearing students enrolled in the Faculty of Specific Education at the University of Zagazig, Cairo, Ain Shams and Alexandria, whose ages ranged between (19-22 years) with an average age of (20.84) and a standard deviation of (0.091). The degree of their hearing loss is 35 decibels or more, and a needs scale(prepared/researcher) and quality of life scale (translation and legalization/ researcher) were used. The results showed that there is a positive and statistically significant correlation at the level (0.01) between the needs of deaf and hard of hearing students at the university level and their quality of life degrees. There is also a positive and statistically significant effect of the degrees of needs of deaf and hard of hearing students on the quality of life. And there were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of deaf and hard of hearing students in some dimensions of the needs, quality of life and total degree scales according to the gender variable, the degree of hearing loss and the preferred communication style, in favor of the hard of hearing males, and users of the total communication style.
