هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم نموذج مقترح لتطوير التربية الفنية في ضوء رؤية المملكة 2030، وقد استخدمت هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي استناداً إلى أسلوب العرض والبيان للتعرف على النموذج المقترح لتطوير التربية الفنية في ضوء رؤية المملكة ٢٠٣٠، واستخدام هذا المنهج أمر فرضته طبيعة موضوع الدراسة المتعلقة بموضوع الدراسة، وذلك من أجل معرفة مفهوم وأهمية وأهداف التربية الفنية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن المملكة العربية السعودية قد تبنت "رؤية ٢٠٣٠" لتكون منهجاً وخارطة طريق للعمل الاقتصادي والتنموي في المملكة، وتعمل رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية على بناء فلسفة تطوير مناهج التربية الفنية وسياساتها، وأهدافها، وسبل تطويرها، وآلية تفعيلها، وربط ذلك ببرامج إعداد معلم التربية الفنية وتطويره المهني، كما تسعى التربية الفنية إلى إكساب المتعلم ما يحتاجه من خبرات فنية تحقق النمو الشامل لشخصيته من خلال الاستجابة والإنتاج الفني. وعليه فالتربية الفنية لا تهتم بإعداد الفرد للتأهيل العلمي والعملي فقط؛ ولكنها تربية نفسية، واجتماعية، وروحية للأفراد، والمجتمعات. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة أن تعمل رؤية المملكة ٢٠٣٠ على بناء شخصيات أبنائنا من خلال تفعيل دور التربية الفنية في ترسيخ القيم الإيجابية في شخصيات أبنائنا عن طريق تطوير المنظومة الفنية التعليمية والتربوية بجميع مكوناتها، وأيضاً الاستفادة من دور التربية الفنية في الكشف عن المواهب، حيث أن مادة التربية الفنية تساعد في الكشف عن المواهب وتشجيع الهوايات التي يمكن أن تتحول إلى مهن تعود بالنفع على مجتمعنا وأبنائنا الطلاب.
This study aimed at presenting a proposed model for the development of art education in the light of the vision of the Kingdom 2030, This study used the descriptive approach based on the presentation method and the statement to identify the proposed model for the development of art education in light of the vision of the Kingdom 2030. The use of this method is dictated by the nature of the subject of the study on the subject of the study, in order to know the concept, importance and objectives of art education. The study concluded that Saudi Arabia has adopted Vision 2030 as a method and a roadmap for economic and development work in the Kingdom. The vision of Saudi Arabia is to build the philosophy of developing the curricula of art education, its objectives, ways of developing it. This is linked to the programs of preparing the teacher of art education and professional development. Art education also seeks to provide the learner with the technical expertise needed to achieve the overall growth of his character through the response and technical production. Therefore, technical education does not concern preparing the individual for scientific and practical rehabilitation only; but it is a psychological, social and spiritual education for individuals and societies. The study recommended that the vision of the Kingdom 2030 should work to build the personalities of our children by activating the role of art education in establishing the positive values in the personalities of our children by developing the educational and educational technical system in all its components, and also taking advantage of the role of art education in the detection of talents. Professionalism helps in revealing talent and promoting hobbies that can turn into careers that benefit our community and our students.
