المستخلص: The idea of this paper arose from a double report: that of the importance of the place of the body in psychology and that of the avoidance of the question of the materiality of the body in the last searches. Indeed, it is the commonness to say that the body is a place of expression of the psychic suffering. He plays a role of mediator, between the tensions intra psychic and the motricity the cathartic function of which has a virtue liberator. So, the body is a messenger, a material of identity in the individual and collective plan, the body is the space which shows and to read to the appreciation of others. The skin enclose the body, the limits of one, it establishes the border between inside and the outside in a alive way. It wraps and embodies the person by distinguishing her from others, or by connecting her to them, according to the used signs. The body is the identity origin of the man, the place and the time when the world takes flesh. The private hospital of ten young teenagers of both sexes, marking the skin, from 14 to 19 years old, will be summarized in this paper. So, the understanding of the world it is made even of the body through the mediation of the interiorized social signs, decoded and involved by the individual. The physical marking could be one of these signals, he would allow the understanding of the world and finds him a meaning. Although these practices in the adolescence would inform about a defect of symbolization, the violence, a potential in the destructive agirs, the identical disorders, the narcissistic depression etc. It is interesting to understand the physical markings grafting that symptom with self-expression through movement establishing a link of a linguistic chain which a time would have lost its discursive and significant logic. They translate the bankruptcy of the linguistic processes extended beyond by too much of excitement bound to the sexual contents of the representation. There was simply a sliding from a register to another one.

L’idée de cet article est née d’un double constat : celui de l’importance de la place du corps en psychologie et celui de l’évitement de la question de la matérialité du corps dans les dernières recherches. En effet, c’est une banalité de dire que le corps est un lieu d’expression de la souffrance psychique. IL joue un rôle de médiateur, entre les tensions intra psychique et la motricité dont la fonction cathartique a une vertu libératrice. Ainsi, le corps est un messager, matière d'identité au plan individuel et collectif, le corps est l'espace qui se donne à voir et à lire à l'appréciation des autres. La peau enclot le corps, les limites de soi, elle établit la frontière entre le dedans et le dehors de manière vivante. Elle enveloppe et incarne la personne en la distinguant des autres, ou en la reliant à eux, selon les signes utilisés. Le corps est la souche identitaire de l'homme, le lieu et le temps où le monde prend chair. La clinique de dix jeunes adolescents des deux sexes, se marquant la peau, âgés de 14 à 19 ans, sera résumée dans ce papier. Ainsi, la compréhension du monde est-elle même le fait du corps à travers la médiation des signes sociaux intériorisés, décodés et mis en jeu par l'individu. Le marquage corporel pourrait être l’un de ces signaux, il permettrait la compréhension du monde et lui trouve une signification. Bien que ces pratiques à l’adolescence renseigneraient sur un défaut de symbolisation, de la violence, un potentiel aux agirs destructeurs, des troubles identitaires, une dépression narcissique… etc. Il est intéressant de comprendre les marquages corporels entant que symptôme à expression corporelle constituant un maillon d’une chaîne langagière qui un temps aurait perdu sa logique discursive et signifiante. Ils traduisent la faillite des processus langagiers débordés par le trop d’excitation liée au contenu sexuel de la représentation. Il y a eu simplement un glissement d’un registre à un autre.
