المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على دور الإدارة المدرسية في توفير متطلبات تطبيق المناهج المطورة في ظل الأزمات كالأزمة السورية وجائحة كورونا من وجهة نظر المعلمين والتعرف على الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات عينة البحث تبعا لمتغير جنس المدير وحجم المدرسة والوضع الاقتصادي والثقافي والاجتماعي للمنطقة التي تتواجد فيها المدرسة. وقد اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (110) من معلمي الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي في مدينة حمص. ولتحقيق هدف البحث تم أعداد استبانة مؤلفة من (53) فقرة موزعة على (6) محاور واعتماد مقياس ليكرت الخماسي. وبعد جمع البيانات وتحليلها إحصائيا تبين ما يلي: 1. بلغ متوسط استجابات أفراد العينة على جميع فقرات المحور الثاني حول دور الإدارة المدرسية في توفير الكتاب المدرسي 4,35 بتقدير موافق بشدة. 2. بلغ متوسط استجابات أفراد العينة على جميع فقرات المحور الثالث حول دور الإدارة المدرسية في توفير تقنيات التعليم والوسائل الإيضاحية 4,17 بتقدير موافق بشدة. 3. بلغ متوسط استجابات أفراد العينة على جميع فقرات المحور الخامس حول دور الإدارة المدرسية في توفير دليل المعلم 4,18 بتقدير موافق بشدة. 4. بلغ متوسط استجابات أفراد العينة على جميع فقرات المحور السادس حول دور الإدارة المدرسية في توفير بيئة نفسية ومادية مريحة في ظل الظروف الصعبة 4,29 بتقدير موافق بشدة. وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة 0,05 بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد العينة تبعا لمتغير جنس المدير ومتغير حجم المدرسة في المحور الأول فقط لصالح المديرين الإناث ولصالح المدارس الكبيرة. وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة البحث في كل المحاور عدا المحور الثاني والسادس تعزى لمتغير الوضع الاجتماعي والثقافي للمنطقة التي تتواجد فيها المدراس لصالح التقدير ممتاز وجيد جدا وجيد ومتوسط. ولم تظهر أي فروق فيما يخص الوضع الاقتصادي. وقد قدمت الباحثة عدد من المقترحات في ضوء نتائج البحث.

This study aims to identify the role of school management, in providing the requirements of developed curricula in crisis situations, (Syrian crisis and Corona pandemic), from the teachers’ point of view, and it aims to recognize statistically the differences between the average responses of the study sample( depending on director’s gender, school size and the social, cultural and economic status of the region where the school is located). The study sample consists of 110 teachers of first cycle in Homs city; the researcher used the descriptive approach. In order to achieve the objective of the research, a questionnaire consisting of 53 paragraphs divided into 6 axes was prepared and a five- point Likert scale was adopted. After collecting and statistically analyzing the data, the following is found: 1- The average responses of the sample members to all the paragraphs of the second axis on the role of the school management in the provision of the textbook reached 4,35 (strongly agree), 2- The average responses of the sample members to all the paragraphs of third axis on the role of school management in the provision of teaching techniques and illustrative materials reached 4,17 (strongly agree), 3- The average responses of the sample members to all the paragraphs of fifth axis on the role of school management in the provision of teacher’s guide reached 4,18 (strongly agree), 4- The average responses of the sample members to all the paragraphs of sixth axis on the role of school management in the provision of a comfortable psychological and physical environment under difficult circumstances reached 4,29 (strongly agree) The results showed statistically significant discrepancies at an indicative level of 0.05 between the average responses of the sample members depending on the director’s gender, and the size of the school in the first axis only in favor of female directors and large schools The results showed also that there were differences between the average responses of the sample members in all axes (except for the second and sixth axis) due to the variable social and cultural status of the region in which the schools are located in favor of the rating excellent, very good, good and fair. Whereas, the variable ‘’economic status’’ has no effect on the responses of the sample members. The researcher presented a number of suggestions in light of the research results.
