المستخلص: استهدف البحث تعرف فاعلية مقرر مقترح في فقه ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في تنمية التحصيل والاتجاه نحو المقرر لدى طلاب شعبة التربية الخاصة بكلية التربية جامعة الأزهر، لتحقيق ذلك تم إعداد قائمة بالاحتياجات الفقهية المتطلبة لبناء المقرر المقترح تضمنت (190) احتياجا فقهيا شمل المعاقين (بصريا – سمعيا - عقليا)، ثم ترجمت في قائمة أهداف بلغت (٤١) هدفا عاما، و (١٩٥) هدفا إجرائيا في المستويات (المعرفية والمهارية والوجدانية) موزعة على دروس المقرر المقترح، ثم تم بناء التصور المقترح للمقرر في ضوئها، ولتحديد أثر المقرر المقترح في تنمية التحصيل والاتجاه لدى عينة البحث، تم اختيار وحدتي (الطهارة، والأذان واستقبال القبلة) وإعداد مواد معالجتهما التجريبية (كتاب الطالب - دليل المحاضر) وأدواتهما (اختبار تحصيلي - مقياس اتجاه)، وتم التجريب على عينة تكونت من (٣٠) طالبا من الفرقة الأولى شعبة التربية الخاصة - لغة عربية، بكلية التربية بتفهنا الأشراف جامعة الأزهر، وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى وجود فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات العينة التجريبية في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لاختبار التحصيل والاتجاه نحو المقرر لصالح التطبيق البعدي؛ مما يؤكد فاعلية المقرر المقترح في تنمية متغيرات البحث التابعة، وفي ضوء ذلك تم تقديم عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات.

The current research aimed at identifying the effectiveness of a proposed Fiqh course for persons with special needs in developing achievement and attitude towards the course among special education majors at the Faculty of Education, Al-Azhar University. To fulfill this purpose, a list of 190 jurisprudential needs required for the course construction was developed and then transformed to 41 general goals and 195 objectives in the three learning domains; cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. Learning objectives were then distributed among the proposed course lessons and accordingly the conception of the proposed course was designed. To identify the effect of the proposed course on developing the achievement and attitude of the research participants, two units were selected; namely, (a) Al-Taharah (purity), and (b) Azan and Estiqbal Al-Qiblah (the call for prayer and facing the Qiblah). Moreover, research materials (student’s book- lecturer’s guide) and instruments (achievement test- attitude scale) were prepared. Participants were 30 first-year students enrolled in the Special Education Department, Arabic language at the Faculty of Education in Tafhna Al-Ashraf, Al-Azhar University. Analysis of data revealed that statistically significant differences were found between the means of scores of the treatment group students in the pre and post administrations of the achievement test and the attitude scale in favour of the post administrations, which indicated the effectiveness of the proposed course in developing both of dependent variables. In light of these findings, a number of recommendations and suggestions were presented.
