|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى التدفق النفسي لدى عينة من متطوعي مبادرة شارع الحوادث بمدينة ود مدني، ولاية الجزيرة، جمهورية السودان، كما هدفت إلى دراسة الفروق في مستوى التوافق النفسي لدى المتطوعين وفقا لمتغيري (النوع) و(فترة الانضمام للمبادرة). اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مستعينة بمقياس التدفق النفسي من إعداد (جاكسون ومارش، 1996)) بعد تعديله بما يتسق وأهداف الدراسة كأداة لجمع البيانات، ومن ثم تطبيقه على عينة قوامها (96) من المتطوعين بالمبادرة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة القصدية. تم بعدها تحليل بيانات الدراسة باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية. توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: أن مستوى التدفق النفسي لدى أعضاء مبادرة شارع الحوادث ودمدني مرتفع، عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى التدفق النفسي تعزى إلى نوع المتطوع، بينما أوضحت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى التدفق النفسي لدى المتطوعين تعزى إلى فترة الانضمام للمبادرة لصالح الفئة من (4 سنوات فما فوق). أوصت الدراسة بتفعيل دور التطوع وإرساء ثقافة التطوع في المجتمع.
|b The study aimed to identify the level of psychological flow among a sample of volunteers from the Al-Hawadith Street Initiative, Wad madani City, Gezira State, Sudan. It also aimed to study the differences in the level of psychological flow among volunteers according to the gender variables, and the period of joining the initiative. The study followed the descriptive analytical approach, using the psychological flow scale (Jason Marsh 1996) after it was modified in line with the objectives of the study as a tool for collecting data. Then it was applied to a sample of (96) volunteers in the initiative who were chosen by the intentional method. The data was then analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social sciences program (SPSS). The study reached the following results: The level of psychological flow among the volunteers from the Al-Hawadith Street Initiative, Wad madani is high. There are no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological flow due to the of volunteer gender. and there are statistically significant differences in the level of psychological flow according to the period of joining the initiative in favor of (4 years and above). The study recommended activating the role of the volunteer and establishing the culture of the volunteer in the community.
