المستخلص: استهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على الأسس النظرية لتنمية رأس المال الفكري بالجامعات من حيث مفهومه وأهميته وعناصره ومكوناته وأساليب تنميته، والوقوف على الأسس النظرية للتحول الرقمي بالجامعات من حيث مفهومه وأهميته ومبررات التوجه نحو تطبيقه بالجامعات، ونماذجه، وأبعاده، ومعوقات تحقيقه، والتعرف على الجهود المبذولة للتحول الرقمي لتنمية رأس المال الفكري بالجامعات المصرية، والجهود المبذولة للتحول الرقمي لتنمية رأس المال الفكري بجامعة بنها، والتعرف على واقع رأس المال الفكري بجامعة بنها، ومتطلبات تنميته على ضوء التحول الرقمي من خلال الدراسة الميدانية، وتحقيقًا لهذا الهدف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي وتم تطبيق استبانة على عينة بلغ قوامها (٣١٦) عضو هيئة تدريس وهيئة معاونة في (١١) كلية بجامعة بنها، وتوصل البحث في نتائجه إلى وجود بعض المشكلات التي تتعلق بواقع رأس المال الفكري بجامعة بنها منها: ضعف استقطاب الجامعة الكفاءات من أعضاء هيئة التدريس ذوي الجدارات، ضعف امتلاك الجامعة لأساتذة تتمتع بسمعة أكاديمية دولية، ضعف امتلاك رأس المال البشري للمهارات التقنية التي تتعلق بتصميم المواد التعليمية والمقررات التفاعلية، ضعف امتلاك الجامعة لبنية تحتية تكنولوجية تمكنها من التحول الرقمي في جميع أنشطتها، قلة بروتوكولات التعاون التي تتم مع قطاعات المجتمع لتقديم الدعم التكنولوجي، ضعف إجراء الشراكات مع المؤسسات الإنتاجية لتمويل البحوث العلمية وتطبيق نتائجها، وتوصل البحث إلى تصور مقترح لتنمية رأس المال الفكري بجامعة بنها على ضوء التحول الرقمي.

The current research aimed to identify the theoretical foundations for the development of intellectual capital in universities in terms of its concept, importance, elements, components, and methods of its development, and to stand on the theoretical foundations of digital transformation in universities in terms of its concept, importance, justifications for moving towards its application in universities, its models, dimensions, and obstacles to achieving it, and to identify the efforts made for digital transformation for the development of intellectual capital in Egyptian universities, and the efforts made for digital transformation for the development of intellectual capital at Benha University, and to identify the reality of intellectual capital at Benha University, and the requirements for its development on the light of digital transformation through the field study, and to achieve this goal, the descriptive approach was used, and a questionnaire was applied to a sample of ( 316) a member staff of the faculty and supporting staff in (11) colleges at Benha University, and the research found in its results that there are some problems related to the reality of intellectual capital at Benha University, including: the weakness of the university’s attraction of competencies from faculty members with merits, the weakness of the university’s possession of professors with a reputation International academic, poor human capital possession of technical skills related to the design of educational materials and interactive courses, weak university possession of milk Technological infrastructure that enables it to digital transformation in all its activities, lack of cooperation protocols that take place with the sectors of society to provide technological support, weak partnerships with productive institutions to finance scientific research and apply its results, and the research reached a proposed vision for the development of intellectual capital at Benha University in the light of digital transformation.
