| 520 | |a تعتبر مرحلة الطفولة هي مرحلة حاسمة للمحافظة على الصحة والوقاية من المرض خلال مراحل الحياة، فخلالها يمكن تدارك الخطر في الوقت المناسب قبل دخوله مراحل متأخرة ويفقد فيه الطفل حظوظ الشفاء. ولهذا ارتئينا تخصيص دراستنا لتناول الدور الذي تقوم به وحدات الكشف والمتابعة لتطوير الصحة المدرسية في الجزائر، واتخذنا وحدات الكشف والمتابعة لدائرة سيدي امحمد التابعة لمصلحة الصحة الجوارية لبوشنافة ميدانا لها باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والاعتماد على الملاحظة والمقابلة وأسلوب المسح الشامل. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن وحدات الكشف والمتابعة لها دورا فعالا في تطوير الصحة المدرسية شريطة توفر ظروف ملائمة أهمها: التكوين الدائم والمستمر، والعمل بمعيار الكفاءة عند تعيين الموظفين، وتوفير الأموال خصيص غلاف مالي كاف لتسيير والتجهيز، هذا إلى جانب تظافر جهود جميع الأطراف المشرفة على الصحة المدرسية. |b Childhood is a crucial stage for the maintenance of health and the prevention of disease throughout life. It is during this phase that the danger can be eliminated in a timely manner and the child does not lose his chances of recovery. Based on this observation, we decided to devote our contribution to the study of the role of detection and monitoring units in the development of school health in Algeria. We chose the units of the administrative circumception of Sidi M'hamed in Algiers as a field of investigation, and the analytical descriptive method as an approach, observation and interview as data collection tools. The study concluded that detection and monitoring units have an effective role in the development of school health, provided that appropriate conditions are available, the most important of which are: permanent and continuous training, the assignment of personnel according to the criterion of competence and the allocation of a sufficient financial envelope to operate and equip the units, in addition to the concerted efforts of all the actors involved in school health. |d L'enfance est une étape cruciale pour le maintien de la santé et la prévention des maladies tout au long de la vie. C’est au cours de cette phase que le danger peut être éliminé en temps opportun et que l'enfant ne perde ses chances de guérison. Partant de ce constat, nous avons décidé de consacrer notre contribution à l’étude du rôle des unités de détection et de suivi en matière de développement de la santé scolaire en Algérie. Nous avons choisi les unités de la circonception administrative de Sidi M’hamed à Alger comme terrain d’enquête, et la méthode descriptive analytique comme approche, l’observation et l’entretien comme outils de collectes de données. L'étude a conclu que les unités de détection et de suivi ont un rôle efficace dans le développement de la santé scolaire, à condition que des conditions appropriées soient disponibles, dont les plus importantes sont : la formation permanente et continue, l’affectation des personnels selon le critère de la compétence et la dotation d'une enveloppe financière suffisante pour faire fonctionner et équiper les unités, en plus des efforts concertés de tous les acteurs impliqués dans la santé scolaire. | ||
