|a هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع تفعيل الروضة لدور الأسر في الأنشطة التطوعية في الروضات الحكومية بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وتحديد المعوقات التي تواجهها. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي المسحي. واستخدمت الاستبانة أداة للدراسة، وبلغت العينة (206) معلمة من معلمات رياض الأطفال الحكومية في محافظة الأحساء، اخترن بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة. وأظهرت الدراسة النتائج الآتية: تسمح الروضات الحكومية بتفعيل دور الأسر في الأنشطة التطوعية بدرجة متوسطة، توجد معوقات عدة تواجه تفعيل الأسر في الأنشطة التطوعية في الروضات الحكومية بدرجة متوسطة، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط استجابة أفراد العينة تعزى إلى (المؤهل العلمي- منطقة الروضة)، بينما توجد فروق في (سنوات الخبرة) لصالح (6- 11 سنة). وقدمت الدراسة توصيات عدة يؤمل أن تسهم في دعم تفعيل الروضة لدور الأسر في الأنشطة التطوعية في الروضات الحكومية وحل المعوقات التي تواجهها.
|b The study aimed to know the reality of kindergarten activation of the role of families in voluntary activities in government kindergartens in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and to identify the obstacles they face. The study relied on the descriptive survey method. The questionnaire was used as a tool for the study. The sample was (206) teachers of government kindergartens in Al-Ahsa Governorate, which were chosen by the simple random method. The study showed the following results: Governmental kindergartens allow activating the role of families in voluntary activities to a medium degree. There are several obstacles facing families’ activation in voluntary activities in government kindergartens to a medium degree. There are no statistically significant differences between the average response of the sample members due to (the educational qualification - the kindergarten area), while there are differences in (years of experience) in favor of (6-11 years). The study presented several recommendations that hopefully will contribute to supporting the activation of the kindergarten for the role of families in voluntary activities in government kindergartens and resolving the obstacles they face.
