المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع نظام أرشفة الوثائق الإدارية لهيئة الطرق والجسور ومصارف المياه ولاية الخرطوم والمتمثل في عمليات الحفظ والتنظيم والتداول حيث إن وثائق هذه الهيئة لم تحفظ وتنظم وتتداول وتتاح بصورة علمية صحيحة منذ تأسيسها حتى وقتنا الحاضر على الرغم من إن هذه الوثائق ظلت في ازدياد مستمر ومطرد طوال تلك الفترة التاريخية الممتدة من عمر الهيئة، هذا وقد انتهج الباحث في هذه الدراسة عددا من مناهج البحث المختلفة وهي المنهج التحليلي الوصفي والمنهج التاريخي. خلصت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج المهمة منها:- عدم وجود مبني ثابت ومؤسس للأرشيف بهيئة الطرق والجسور ومصارف المياه -تعاني الوثائق الإدارية بهيئة الطرق والجسور ومصارف المياه في مكاتب الإدارات المختلفة المكونة للهيئة من الإهمال الواضح والقصور المعرفي الشديد من قبل الموظفين في حفظها وتنظيمها وترتيبها،. ومن التوصيات المهمة التي خرجت بها الدراسة: ضرورة العمل الجاد من قبل الإدارة العليا بهيئة الطرق والجسور ومصارف المياه على إنشاء نظام جيد للوثائق الإدارية بشقيها الورقي والإلكتروني يتبع الأسس العلمية الصحيحة في الحفظ والتنظيم والتداول والإتاحة للوثائق يدويا وإلكترونيا للمستفيدين منها داخل وخارج الهيئة.

This study aims to find out the reality of the system of archiving administrative documents of the roads, bridges and water drains authority in Khartoum state, which is represented in the processes of preservation, organization and circulation, as the documents of this authority have not been preserved, organized, circulated and made available in a correct scientific manner since its establishment to the present, despite the fact that these documents have been increasing continuously and steadily throughout that historical period of the authority’s life. The researcher in this study has adopted a number of different research methods, namely the descriptive analytical method and the historical method. The study concluded a number of important results, including:-The lack of a fixed and established building for the archive at the roads, bridges and water drains authority-administrative documents at the roads, bridges and water drains authority in the offices of the various constituent departments of the authority suffer from obvious negligence and severe cognitive deficiencies by employees in their preservation, organization and arrangement,. Among the important recommendations that came out of the study: The need for hard work by the senior management of the roads, bridges and water drains authority to establish a good system of administrative documents, both paper and electronic, following the correct scientific foundations in the preservation, organization, circulation and availability of documents manually and electronically for beneficiaries inside and outside the authority.
