This study aims at discussing the efficiency of using realia, information and technological devices in teaching vocabulary, how far the realia and technological devices are improved, enrich the students' vocabulary level, and to what extent the teachers of English encourage the idea of integrating the realia and technological devices into teaching vocabulary. The findings of the study revealed that teachers of English confirm that using realia and technological devices in teaching English language vocabulary helps teachers of English teach effectively, and saves time, particularly the technological devices which provide them with up-to date teaching methods, make them creative, have extensive knowledge of vocabulary, cope with the use of the new vocabulary items and make teaching vocabulary easier. In a nutshell, integrating realia and technological devices into teaching vocabulary can be used as a motivator and facilitator.
