المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة الرضا عن دور مديري المدارس في معالجة الفاقد التعليمي في ظل جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظر معلمي المدارس الأساسية في محافظة عجلون. تبعا لمتغيرات (الجنس، سنوات الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي، نوع المدرسة). تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي المدارس الأساسية الحكومية والخاصة في مديرية تربية محافظة عجلون، حيث بلغ عدد أفراد مجتمع الدراسة الكلي (3818) معلما ومعلمة، وتم اختيار عينة طبقية عشوائية تكونت من (347) معلما ومعلمة، ومثلت نسبتها حوالي (9%) من المجتمع الكلي، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير أداة الدراسة وقد تكونت من (38) فقرة موزعة على (3) مجالات. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة رضا المعلمين عن دور مديري المدارس في معالجة الفاقد التعليمي في ظل جائحة كورونا، من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاءت مرتفعة، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تلك الدرجة تبعا لمتغير نوع المدرسة ولصالح المدارس الخاصة. كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لتقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة رضا المعلمين عن دور مديري المدارس في معالجة الفاقد التعليمي لدى الطلبة تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس والمؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة. وبناء على النتائج السابقة فقد أوصت الباحثة بوضع آليات مدروسة لعلاج الفاقد التعليمي الناتج عن جائحة كورونا، والتأكيد على دور المعلمين ومديري المدارس وأولياء الأمور بمعالجة هذه المشكلة لدى الطلبة، وبذل مزيد من الجهود للسيطرة على ظاهرتي الرسوب والتسرب من المدارس الحكومية والخاصة.

This study aimed at identifying the degree of satisfaction with the role of school principals in addressing educational Loss in the light of the Corona pandemic from the point of view of the teachers of the primary schools in Ajloun Governorate, Jordan. The study employed the surveying descriptive method and the sample consisted of the male and female teachers of the basic schools in both the public and private schools in Ajloun Education Directorate (n= 347). The researcher constructed a questionnaire to achieve the study objectives which included three domains: The technical domain of the administration role in dealing with educational loss, the domain of the relationship of school administration with teachers, and the domain of the relationship of school administration with parents. The results showed that teachers' satisfaction with the role of school principals in addressing educational loss was at a high level. The technical domain of the administration ranked first, the relationship of school administration with teachers was second, and the domain of the relationship of school administration with parents was third. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the estimates of the study sample members to the degree that teachers were satisfied with the role of school principals in addressing educational loss among students due to gender variables, scientific qualification and years of experience. The results showed statistically significant differences in the sample evaluations of the degree of satisfaction with the role of school principals in addressing educational Loss in the light of the Corona pandemic are ascribed to the type of the schools, which were in favor of the private schools. The researcher recommended the development of well-thought-out mechanisms to treat educational waste resulting from the corona pandemic, emphasizing the role of teachers, school principals and parents in addressing this problem among students, and making more efforts to control the phenomena.
