المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي بصفة رئيسية إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين مقومات المرونة الإيجابية (الكفاءة الذاتية - النهوض لمواجهة الأزمات - التوجه الإيجابي نحو المستقبل) ودينامية صراع الأدوار الأسرية والمهنية (تأثير صراع الأدوار الأسرية في الأدوار المهنية - تأثير صراع الأدوار المهنية في الأدوار الأسرية - ككل) لدى عينة من ممرضات العزل في ظل جائحة، حيث تم استيفاء البيانات من خلال تطبيق أدوات البحث والممثلة في (استمارة البيانات الأولية - استبيان مقومات المرونة الإيجابية - استبيان دينامية صراع الأدوار الأسرية والمهنية) على عينة قوامها (٩٣) ممرضة تم اختيارهن بطريقة عمدية غرضية من العاملات بمستشفيات العزل الحكومية التابعة لمديرية الشئون الصحية بمحافظة الدقهلية، والمنتميات إلى أسر متكاملة من مستويات اجتماعية واقتصادية مختلفة، هذا وقد اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما تم تصنيف وتبويب البيانات وإجراء التحليلات الإحصائية المناسبة باستخدام برنامج (SPSS)؛ لاستخلاص النتائج التي كان أهمها: وجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة دالة إحصائيا بين مقومات المرونة الإيجابية (الأبعاد - ككل) ودينامية صراع الأدوار الأسرية والمهنية (الأبعاد- ككل) لدى عينة من ممرضات العزل في ظل جائحة كورونا، كذلك وجدت فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات ممرضات العزل في مقومات المرونة الإيجابية (الأبعاد- ككل) تبعا لمكان السكن لصالح المقيمين في الريف، وتبعا للمستوى التعليمي لصالح المستوى الجامعي، ولم تظهر فروق بين متوسطات درجات عينة البحث في مقومات المرونة الإيجابية (الأبعاد - ككل) تبعا لكل من حجم الأسرة والدخل الشهري للأسرة، فيما عدا (النهوض لمواجهة الأزمات) الذي جاء لصالح من تنتمين لأسر صغيرة الحجم، ومن تنتمين لأسر ذات مستوى دخل شهري أعلى وعلى صعيد آخر فقد تبين وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات ممرضات العزل في دينامية صراع الأدوار الأسرية والمهنية (الأبعاد - ككل) تبعا لمكان السكن، فترات المناوبة، والمستوى التعليمي للممرضة؛ حيث سجلت ممرضات العزل المقيمات في الحضر، ومن تعملن بالفترات الليلية، وكذلك ذوات المستوى التعليمي فوق التوسط أعلى مستوى في دينامية صراع الأدوار(الأبعاد - ككل) مقارنة بالمقيمات في الريف، ومن تعملن بالفترات الصباحية، وبذوات المستوى التعليمي الجامعي وذلك على التوالي، هذا وقد شاركت الكفاءة الذاتية بأعلى نسبة في تفسير دينامية صراع الأدوار الأسرية والمهنية، تلاها نسبة التوجه الإيجابي نحو المستقبل، ثم النهوض لمواجهة الأزمات.

وفي ضوء النتائج اقترحت الباحثة برنامجا إرشاديا لتعزيز مقومات المرونة الإيجابية لدى ممرضات العزل كمدخل لإدارة صراع الأدوار الأسرية والمهنية، كما قدمت عددا من التوصيات التي توضح كيفية وضع استراتيجية وقائية وعلاجية متكاملة -عبر كافة الهيئات ومنظمات العمل والجهات الإعلامية ومؤسسات التعليم- لتكثيف الجهود الرامية لرفع مستوى المرونة الإيجابية لدى منسوبيها كإحدى آليات التكيف مع الضغوط والأزمات خاصة الأزمات الوبائية، وكذلك بعض الإجراءات الوقائية التي يجب اتخاذها لتقليل حدة صراع الأدوار لدى العاملات بشكل عام والممرضات بشكل خاص

The current research aimed mainly to reveal the nature of the relationship between Positive Resilience ingredients (self-efficacy - standing up to facing crises - positive future orientation) of a sample of isolation nurses and the dynamic of the conflict between family and professional roles (impact of family roles conflict on professional roles - impact of professional roles conflict on family roles - total score) f a sample of isolation nurses in the light of corona pandemic, The data were collected through the application of the research tools represented in (general data form - positive resilience ingredients questionnaire- the dynamic of the conflict between family and professional roles questionnaire) on a predetermined sample of (93) female nurses working in government isolation hospitals affiliated to the Directorate of Health Affairs in Dakahlia Governorate, residing in an integrated families and belong to different socio-economic levels. The research followed the descriptive analytical approach, The data were classified, tabulated and it was made appropriate statistical analyzes using (SPSS) program to extract the most important results witch the most important of witch were: there were a negative statistically significant correlation between Positive Resilience ingredients (dimensions - total score) and the dynamic of the conflict between family and professional roles (dimensions - total score) of a sample of isolation nurses in the light of corona pandemic. It also found a statistically significant differences between isolation nurses averages scores in a Positive Resilience ingredients (dimensions - total score) according to the place of residence in favor of the rural residents, and also according to educational level in favor of higher educational level, There are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of isolation nurses in the Positive Resilience ingredients (dimensions - total score) according to the size of the family, monthly income, except for (standing up to facing crises) witch came in favor of who belong to small families and those who belong to families with a higher monthly income level, On the other hand there were found a statistically significant differences between isolation nurses averages scores in the dynamic of the conflict between family and professional roles (dimensions - total score) according to the place of residence, shift times and educational level of isolation nurses; where the isolation nurses residence in urban areas and those who work night shifts, as well as those with an above- average educational level have recorded the highest level in the dynamic of the conflict between family and professional roles (dimensions total score) respectively, As self-efficacy participated in the highest percentage in explaining the dynamic of family and professional roles conflict, followed by the percentage of positive future orientation and then standing up to facing crises.

In the light of the results, the researcher suggested an orientation program to reinforce Positive Resilience ingredients of isolation nurses as input to manage the conflict of Family and Professional Roles, as presented numbers of recommendations that show how to develop an integrated preventive and curative strategy across all work, media organization and educational institutions; to intensify efforts to raise the level of positive resilience among its employees as one of the mechanisms for coping with pressures and crises, especially epidemiological ones, as well as some preventive measures that must be taken to reduce the severity of the role conflict among female workers in general and nurses in particular.
