المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الأبداع الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية من وجهة نظر المعلمين، ووضع تصور مقترح لزيادة مستوى الإبداع الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي في وصف الأبداع الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية بدولة الكويت لدى المديرين من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (٣٦٥) معلما من المعلمين والمعلمات بمدارس التعليم الثانوي بمحافظة الأحمدي بدولة الكويت. وتكونت الاستبانة من (٣٠) عبارة موزعة على ثلاثة محاور فرعية، وكشفت النتائج عن وجود نسب متوسطة في اهتمام إدارة المدرسة الثانوية بدولة الكويت بالأصالة والطلاقة الفكرية في أداء العمل بالمدرسة، كما أظهرت استجابات أفراد العينة وجود قصور في إنجاز مدير المدرسة في ما يسند إليه من أعمال، كذلك قصور التمتع بمهارة النقاش مع العاملين حيث جاء اهتمام إدارة المدرسة الثانوية بدولة الكويت بالأصالة والطلاقة الفكرية في معظم العبارات بنسب متوسطة، و نسب متوسطة في اهتمام إدارة المدرسة الثانوية بدولة الكويت بالمرونة والتحليل في أداء العمل بالمدرسة، كما أظهرت استجابات أفراد العينة وجود قصور في جميع عبارات المحور، حيث جاء اهتمام إدارة المدرسة الثانوية بدولة الكويت في معظم العبارات بنسب متوسطة، واتجاه عينة البحث إلى التأكيد على التركيز والحساسية حيث تشير النتائج إلي قصور في مواجهة المشكلات بالمدارس الثانوية بدولة الكويت حيث جاءت أغلب النسب لاستجابات أفراد العينة ما بين مرتفعة ومتوسطة. وفي ضوء النتائج تم وضع تصور مقترح لزيادة مستوى الإبداع الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية.

The study aimed to identify the reality of administrative creativity among high school principals from the teachers point of view, and to develop a proposed concept for increasing the level of administrative creativity among high school principals. The study used the descriptive approach in describing administrative creativity among the principals of secondary schools in the State of Kuwait among the principals from the teachers point of view, and the study sample consisted of (365) male and female teachers in secondary education schools in Ahmadi Governorate, Kuwait. The questionnaire consisted of (30) phrases, distributed on three sub-axes, and the results revealed that there are medium percentages in the interest of the secondary school administration in the State of Kuwait in originality and intellectual fluency in the performance of work in the school, as responses of the sample members showed a deficiency in the achievement of the school principal in what is assigned to him Among the works, as well as the lack of enjoyment of the skill of discussion with the employees, as the interest of the secondary school administration in the State of Kuwait in the originality and intellectual fluency in most phrases came in medium proportions, and average proportions in the interest of the high school administration in the State of Kuwait in the flexibility and analysis in the performance of work in the school, as the responses of the sample members showed the presence of Deficiency in all axis phrases, where the interest of the high school administration in the State of Kuwait came in most phrases with average proportions, and the direction of the research sample is to "emphasize focus and sensitivity to problems, where the results indicate a deficiency in facing problems in secondary schools in the State of Kuwait where most of the ratios came to the responses of the sample members Between high and medium, and in light of the results, a proposed concept was developed to increase the level of administrative creativity among high school principals.
