| 520 | |b To ensure continuous training designed according to the challenges of the profession and the necessary adaptations, it is important that adaptation to new developments and the reinvestment of knowledge and know-how are part of the objectives to be achieved. However, in order to be able to achieve these objectives, one area deserves special attention: openness to others, i.e., “intercultural training.” The challenge today is to be able to train teachers in intercultural in-service training and to consider the cultural approach as a component present in the content and in classroom practices. Indeed, the cultural dimension remains marginalized in the Algerian school. |d Pour assurer une formation continue pensée en fonction des enjeux du métier et des nécessaires adaptations, il nous semble urgent que l'adaptation aux nouveautés et le réinvestissement des savoirs et savoir-faire font partie des objectifs à atteindre. Cependant, pour pouvoir atteindre ces objectifs, il est un domaine qui mérite une attention particulière : l'ouverture à l'autre c'est à dire «la formation à l’interculturel ». L'enjeu est aujourd'hui, de pouvoir être en mesure de former les enseignants à l'interculturel en formation continue et de considérer l’approche culturelle comme une composante présente dans les contenus et les pratiques de classe. En effet, la dimension culturelle demeure très marginalisée à l’école algérienne. | ||
