|a هدفت الدراسة إلى استجلاء واقع تكوين أبعاد الكفاية الأخلاقية لدى طلاب كلية التربية في ظل مجتمع ما بعد الحداثة لمواجهة تحدياته. وذلك لبناء تصور مقترح لما يمكن أن تكون عليه الكفاية الأخلاقية في ظل تحديات هذا المجتمع واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي للتعرف على أبعاد الكفاية الأخلاقية لمواجهة تحديات ما بعد الحداثة، وطبقت الدراسة الاستبانة لاستجلاء واقع تكوين أبعاد الكفاية الأخلاقية لطلاب كلية التربية في جامعة كفر الشيخ، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها تأكيد أفراد عينة الدراسة على مدى أهمية الكفاية الأخلاقية، واتضح ذلك من خلال أبعاد الكفاية الأربعة (المعرفي والمهاري والقيمي والسلوكي) في تكوين الطالب المعلم (معلم المستقبل)، ومواجهة المخاطر والتحديات المعاصرة، وتقديم مقترحات لرفع مستوى الكفاية الأخلاقية للطلاب، وتأكيد مدى وعي عينة الدراسة بأهمية الكفاية الأخلاقية من خلال ارتفاع قيم الثبات والصدق ومعاملات الارتباط.
|b The study aimed to explore the reality of the formation of the dimensions of ethical competence among students of the Faculty of Education in light of the postmodern society to face its challenges. This is to build a proposed vision of what ethical competence could be in light of the challenges of this society. The study used the descriptive approach to identify the dimensions of ethical competence to face the challenges of postmodernity. The study reached many results, the most important of which is the emphasis of the study sample on the importance of ethical competence, and this was evident through the four dimensions of competence (cognitive, skillful, value and behavioral) in the formation of the student teacher (future teacher), facing contemporary risks and challenges, making proposals to raise the level of ethical competence for students, and emphasizing the extent to which the study sample is aware of the importance of ethical competence through the high values of stability, honesty and correlation coefficients.
