تتناول هذه الدراسة نظام الإنتاج في الوقت المحدد ودوره في تحقيق الجودة الشاملة في الشركات الصناعية المصرية. وتتمثل مشكلة الدراسة في أن عدم تطبيق نظام الإنتاج في الوقت المحدد في الشركات الصناعية قد يؤدى هذا إلى سوء جودة المنتجات وعدم تحقيق معايير الجودة الشاملة. لذلك هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة طبيعة نظام الإنتاج في الوقت المحدد وما له من دور فعال في تحسين جميع جوانب الشركات الصناعية. وكذلك معرفة أهمية هذا النظام في تحسين جودة المنتجات وخفض نسبة التالف وتخفيض عامل الوقت وما له من آثار إيجابية على الشركات الصناعية المصرية وتحقيق الجودة الشاملة. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم اختبار ثلاث فروض، الفرض الأول توجد علاقة بين نظام الإنتاج في الوقت المحدد وجودة المنتج، الفرض الثاني توجد علاقة بين نظام الإنتاج في الوقت المحدد وخفض عامل الوقت، الفرض الثالث توجد علاقة بين نظام الإنتاج في الوقت المحدد وتحسين جودة العمليات والتشغيل. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في دراسة الحالة وتحليل نتائج الدراسة الميدانية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن تطبيق نظام الإنتاج في الوقت المحدد بالشركات الصناعية المصرية يعمل على زيادة جودة المنتجات وتحسين جودة الأداء والتشغيل بالإضافة إلى تخفيض وقت العملية الإنتاجية وتحسين أداء الشركات الصناعية بوجه عام. الأمر الذي عمل على إثبات أن تطبيق نظام الإنتاج في الوقت المحدد له دور فعال وجيد في تحسين الجودة الشاملة في الشركات الصناعية المصرية.
This study deals with the JIT system and its role in achieving total quality in Egyptian industrial companies. The problem of the study is that failure to implement the production system on time in industrial companies may lead to poor product quality and failure to achieve comprehensive quality standards. Therefore, this study aimed to know the nature of the production system on time and its effective role in improving all aspects of industrial companies. As well as knowing the importance of this system in improving the quality of products, reducing the percentage of spoilage, reducing the time factor, and its positive effects on Egyptian industrial companies and achieving comprehensive quality. In order to achieve the objective of the study, three hypotheses were done, the first hypothesis is the relationship between the JIT system and the product quality, the second hypothesis is the relationship between the JIT system and reducing the time factor, the third hypothesis is the relationship between the JIT system and improving the quality of operations. The study used the descriptive and analytical method in the case study and analyzing the results of the field study. The study found that implementing the JIT system in the Egyptian industrial companies increases the quality of products, improves the quality of performance and operation, in addition to reducing the time of the production process and improving the performance of industrial companies in general. This has worked to prove that implementing the production system on time has an effective and good role in improving the overall quality of the Egyptian industrial companies.
